Needed to replace a light that was originally ordered from Paladin online. Because I was only ordering 1 light to replace a light damaged by the movers my order was canceled without notice. After not receiving the light on the shipping day given I tried to call, only to be greeted by their online site phone number that does not except calls. I was able to call their physical store without any resolution. Seems like no one really knows what is going on and the physical store doesn't talk with the online store. As always no problem taking my money! The contractor that did the build out on this job said he spent over $10k and will not use them again. This review has been edited after Paladin commented. Had a funny feeling they would try to call a bad review a lie. Here is the proof I have. Feel free to post the picture of the supposed cancellation email. Here is my proof. Notice they did not even contact the online branch to confirm my store, as I did try and handle it their obscure way.
Answers to the owners comments. Maybe you should have done some real research. Great that you showed how bad a business owner you really are.
I did contact the online department and got no results and not once did anyone apologize. Only tried to blame a computer. Which could easily be proven with a timestamped email. Sad your to good to call someone and verify the cancellation or get an email receipt.
Your analogy of Post Office and Doctors Office is so bad. If I booked an appointment online and I didn't get a confirmation I surely would call the Doctors Office, not their IT guy...lol! P.S. see the screen shot of my discussion with the online guy before I called. Unlike you I took the time and quickly realized I was getting the run around with the online guy. Just like when I called your physical store, which you obviously keep separate for a notorious reason.
I called your physical store because your online guy was making accuses for poor service. He probably forgot too ship. Thought you would want to know.
You are correct money was not taken. But how would I know that when the invoices clearly says PAID. So now I have to go online and verify I wasn't charged. So simple with 4 different credit cards and having to login it to each and review to make sure.
All this over a $66.20 light that someone, anyone could have apologized. Sorry is free! I would truly understand. No excuses and comments without any...
