I’m going to go out on a limb & say not this current location with the staff that currently have employed, to the pregnant woman who came from the back to assist w/ customers the morning of 10/24/24 you let $50 plus tip walk out the door by exercising your rudeness & unprofessionalism. I don’t know if you was cramping or home life was off but please leave your problems @ the door when clocking in, paying customers don’t need attitude w/ the drink. I’m sure you going to tell the owner it was the customer but we all know that’s a big ass lie, I would never go back here & I’ll be recommending everyone I come in contact with to never do it also. I know what it's like to be behind the counter, things are going down south fast, and customers staring at you. (One Mobile order was waiting 20 mins, one was waiting at least 40, another at least 30) I know what it's like to have time sensitive tasks in the back and customers waiting for their order. I'm a Supervisor at a food retail store. I get it. HOWEVER, it's to the advantage of the team, company, and customers to PRIORITIZE CUSTOMERS OVER TASKS. Lament was working in the back. HOWEVER that left Alex by himself taking care of 4-5 customers plus mobiles. Alex greeted customers and did the best he could with the lack of support he got. Lament, smh, why did you come out the bathroom and not wash your hands again? It's called double-handwashing; wash your hands in the bathroom and again when you get back on the floor. I am a Smoothie King fanatic! A champion status reward member. My order is pretty much the same every time Angel Food (size may vary). I cheated on my local Smoothie king & came to this one while running some errands. I ordered 3 smoothies (2 Angel foods, 1 Caribbean way).The employees were nice however, I was disappointed at the taste of my smoothie. There was no flavor and it was watered down. The texture was awful almost like a slushee and not a smoothie. Leads me to believe the ingredients quality was not up to standard. I contacted SK support & they were connecting me to the owner of this location but I haven’t heard anything and it’s been about 2 weeks. Really sucks because I’ve never had a bad smoothie of experience at Smoothie King.
