I work construction and unfortunately a saw caught my phone as I was answering a phone call. I didn’t update my payment info for iCloud so I was missing about 3 years of memories. Initially I brought my phone to Apple, cause I thought if anyone would be able to fix my problem it would be the company that made the phone. All they told me is I’m out of luck. Great turn around time and I was happy I was able to get back 3 years of my memories and information back! I can't say enough good things about Accessorez at Lincolnwood Mall, especially about the guy who helped me, Mohammed. My phone wasn't charging, and I was worried I'd have to buy a new one. I even went to T-Mobile, where I bought the phone, and they couldn't help me at all.

Mohammed fixed my phone in no time and for a very reasonable price. It's so hard to find places that can fix a phone on the spot. Most places tell you to leave your phone for a couple of days, but he had it ready for me the same day. They have most of the parts in stock, including OEM parts, which is a huge relief.

Mohammed is a true professional and an expert at what he does. I was so impressed with the service that I don't want to lose my phone again, but if I ever have another issue, Accessorez will be the first place I go....

Can’t say enough about accessor EZ and The Manager Mike!!! Last year in March I fell out of my car (don’t ask) and onto the ground with my iPhone in the pocket of my coat. Well even though I had it in a protective case and glass, it was highly damaged and the glass was completely smashed. I brought it to them and within the hour, my iPhone was working again and looking GOOD as NEW at a fraction of the price!!!

Since then, my husband has had his Glass replaced on his older iPhone and is still working like a champ.

Today, I brought my phone in again, because it was acting crazy, and kept going to the power off screen. Apparently it needed a good cleaning. Again it’s running like new and I thought I may have to buy a new phone.
