If you’re new to buying jewelry or looking for a new spot to buy either real gold and real diamonds this is the place to go to. First and foremost, the first time I walked in was just to look around and see what might catch my eyes, astonishingly everything was catching my eyes, the layout of the jewelry was very well, rings on one side, chains, bracelets, gold, silver and diamonds all in their respected areas and not mixed up like other places. I was then helped by Dil who has been there for quite some time, he assisted me with figuring out my ring size and how it should fit, after that he gave me a few options of rings to look at. Luckily I found a ring my size and my style, I of course purchased the ring, now many people are always iffy about buying diamonds and question if they’re real or not, so I put it to the test and had gotten them tested at Kay’s, and I knew I was buying the real deal the moment the tester touched my stone and it automatically blinged up and and beeped giving me the clear indication that they are real diamonds, after finding that I was being sold real diamonds and not Cuban Zirconium I decided to go back to buy more! I then went to buy some initials pendants with diamonds, I got two 10k rope chains as they’re more firm and more durable, and just recently bought a tennis bracelet from them! Very great customer service and very friendly staff! I can consider Dil a very well trusted man who only wants the best intentions for the customer, he’s very knowledgeable and experienced and can teach you a lot within a few minutes of speaking with him. 5/5 highly recommend this place if you’re shopping for yourself, girlfriend, fiancé, wife, or friends and family, what makes everything even better is the fact that they have 3-4 finance companies they work with so you can pay it off little by little walking out with the item if your choosing for a very little amount as a down payment! This Past Labor Day I had come into Oxford Jewelers locates inside Lincoln Wood Mall and purchased this 10k Gold necklace. I had only worn it once (Wednesday 09-04-19) and during the day I had felt something had snapped. Checking my neck/collar bone, I noticed that the necklace itself had broke. It’s a shame to hear that it broke within less than 2 days of purchasing it. Today (09-05-19) I had hope to come in to see if there was anything that I could do to either get it exchanged or return but I was then informed the same day that they don’t do refunds or exchanges with products that are broken are alter. To my knowledge, I was not aware of this during the purchase and had only worn it ONCE. They refused to cooperate and work with me fully knowing well that this was out of my power. The worker I had worked with and talked to his named “Del,” Supposedly he is the oldest working member there and couldn’t figure out how to work with me in this situation. Came in awhile ago! Just to browse... I've bought jewelry from here before. Marilyn helped with everything. On my latest visit I purchased a picture pendant I'm very happy with the quality of of the picture/pendant. Had a ton of time n they finished quickly within a week or may be less. I'd like to say thanks to Marilyn and Sam. Today I purchased a rope but I had many options shah helped me pick even put the pendant on the chains so I can have a good look on what I really wanted.
