I showed up on Saturday to pick up my prescription, only to be told that it wasn't ready and that they would need 30 minutes to prepare it. I told them I didn't have time to wait and would it be okay to just come back tomorrow in the morning to pick it up, and they said yes that'll be just fine. I get there at 8:15 in the morning to pick up my prescription and it's not ready. The young lady behind the counter proceeds to tell me that she needs 30 minutes to get it ready. The young lady had zero empathy or remorse for not being prepared and not having the stuff ready as they said that they would the previous day. This is not even the first time that this has happened to me at this location. Where is the accountability? Where is the customer service?
