we were in there at probably 9:00pm on Black Friday. The lady working the register (had a cross necklace on) was the most rude & disrespectful women I have come across in a long time. I simply needed to exchange something, mind you, I have never had to return or exchange anything, so I didn’t know the process… she started to scan the item that was broke and when I said I’m exchanging this she goes “so we just did this for nothing, we didn’t need to do any of this” in the most rude tone. Why have someone like her working check out if she’s going to treat people like that. Also, while we were checking out these two ladies came in and said they lost their wallet and asked her if someone had turned it in, she opened the drawer moved a few things around & told them no, it isn’t here. They asked about a safe and again, in a rude tone, the lady said “it wouldn’t be in the safe”. Why would she not call simply call someone to have them look for the ladies peace of mind? I will definitely never visit again if I walk in and see that she’s checking people out. She may want to take her cross necklace off too - considering she doesn’t treat people...
Read moreI went in to buy a gift for my daughter for her birthday. It was Probably one of the worst set ups I’ve ever seen. The store if very small and cramped with all the merchandise in the way. The staff was very rude and not helpful. I felt like I was in their way most of the time. I tried to check out and there was an employee sitting on the ground putting drinks in the fridges completely in the way of the checkout line. The store is also very messy and unorganized . I tried to go to the candy isle but there was a big card in the way and an employee putting boxes all over the floor and taking up the isles. It was like a maze trying to navigate the store. They are also very untrue to their prices. It should be called 5.55 and below. I am overall Very disappointed and embarrassed for the store. Thank goodness I didn’t bring my kids. She helped me over the phone resolve this. She helped me find my receipt so I could exchange it! Good customer service is hard to find this day and age. She was absolutely phenomenal. She was patient,knowledgeable and kind. She definitely deserves a raise, like for real. Like I said most ppl don't even care about their jobs any more. Talking to her was so refreshing!!! She took care of everything in a timely manner and I was able to get along with the rest of my day quickly. That's priceless!! She is a Gem!!!!! The good ones do not get recognized enough!!
