My husband went in yesterday to purchase a bottle of champagne for New years eve and an employee suggested a Christmas bottle if Moscato. My husband purched the suggestion, but I wanted champagne. Moscato is sweet and I wanted dry champagne. He went to return/exchange it and was told by the person at the counter that it was against Indiana law to return it. IT IS NOT against the law. The bottle was not opened. What happened to customer service? Needless to say we will not...

an employee falsely accused my friend of shoplifting. when my friend emptied their pockets and was even pat down by POLICE (the cops of course didn't find anything on them), that wasn't enough for him to keep pushing. he didn't even want to show the camera footage to prove that they "were stealing." my friend did not shoplift ANY product from this store. don't come here if you want to handle a bottle, or put your hands in your pockets....
