We got into the restaurant at 2:30pm to enjoy the lunch specials. From the beginning the told us the close at 3 which I understand. I used to work in a restaurant as a host and server and I have never seen or done such a push to kick out customers. I order as soon the server greet me because of the time. She brought the soup and the salad pretty soon (no issue there) then the plates and before taking my first bite she give me the check. Two minutes pass along and she comes back to ask for the payment immediately. I had to stop eating to grab my card (super disrespectful). Then asks us to go out using the patio door ( I am guessing to avoid greeting people) and then at 3 o'clock turn lights and music off. We left at that time 3
As I said, I worked in multiples restaurants and I am a costumer and I have never seen such a rush. They denied access to couple costumers because it was 2:40. I Believed the DOORS close at a certain time, but you don't kick out customers if they are already in eating.

The Thai hot is amazing. The rice, and everything else not so much. Veggies, average. Sushi roll average, but expected. I gave a bonus star because the thai hot was actually spicy. Tasted like birds eye chilis.
TLDR: The jasmine rice was not cooked thoroughly. The spice was perfect for Thai. Veggies not cooked enough. Ultimately too expensive for the dishes.

The pad thai was okay. Noodles cooked perfectly. The rest was average.
Hawaii rice. The meat (chicken) was NOT cut enough. Bites were two to three bites per meat. The carrot in the Hawaii rice was cut nice but was too big. Ordered two, one mild, one Thai hot. The rice was undercooked in both.
The Thai hot was the saving grace. Definitely Thai hot. What I'm used to. Very fresh. Bonus points for fresh. Minus point because the carrots were hard. Not expected. Not good.
Taste was 2/5 for the Hawaii dish. Would not order again.

Sadly all my reviews lately have been poor. We ordered at 7pm takeout. Their app said the order would be ready by 7:30pm. We went in at 7:35pm, told another 10 minute wait. We went to a different restaurant, grabbed food, and came and order was still not completed. We went back inside on 3 different occasions afterwards and were told food wasn’t ready yet. We got the food at 8pm and were told we could get some appetizers for the wait…. Only thing is we’d have to wait another 15-20 min for the apps.
Overall, food was okay. The tofu is not good. I’d stay away from all the tofu dishes. Chicken was extremely dry and no flavor at all. The worst thing that pissed me off is they put the side food containers with condiments INSIDE my food. Why would you put a container that’s on the counters inside my food?
