Stopped by on my way home today, this is the closest Chipotle to me and my husband was craving it, we live 25 mins north of here. I noticed I forgot my wallet and wanted to put in an online order but just have them bump it out and make it for me at the front. I politely asked the older woman (with Dreads I think?) If I could do that and showed her I had the order ready to go in my cart just needed to hit submit. She just shook her head and I asked again for clarification and she pointed ag the girl doing the online orders and said she has to do it. Okay no worries I went and asked her if I put in the order could I watch her make it and tell her how I want it made, and before she could even respond the other woman name running over there saying no no no. I said okay well if I order it online and it's made wrong can I have her remake it? She said no. I saod so if yall make my food wrong you're not willing to remake it?? She said she won't make it wrong she'll make it how I put in the online order, but we all know it's very subjective and what light beans means to me might be different than what it means to the worker etc. I've on occasion done this at other Chipotles for various reasons (lost wallet, cash only etc.) And never had a problem. She could have at least told me politely and said "I'm sorry ma'am we unfortunately cannot accommodate requests, thank you for your understanding" but instead she had an attitude and in general seemed like she didn't like her job and didn't want to be there. I missed Chipotle and wanted to give this a chance since ita on my way home from work but I'll just stick to the Qdoba in my town, theor food is almost as good as Vhipotle but they have very friendly service and I won't give my money to a business that clearly can't...
Read moreHighly recommend that you don’t order from this location through DoorDash - always very small portions compared to going in person, and 99% of our orders were incorrect, although clearly stated on the receipt of what we placed the order as. Most of the times we just ate it because we were hungry and it was still edible, but it was frustrating. The last time and the reason for this review, our order was once again wrong and we asked for a corrected one to be sent, but nobody would answer the phone when we called to confirm it was actually placed. I ended up going to the store, waited for someone to come to the register and explained the situation. She searched for our order and found that the other hadn’t been replaced (DoorDash issue) so I asked for our corrected order to be made and she said okay but then just stared at me until I asked if I needed to go to the beginning of the line. Another employee made our order and was very apologetic, which I appreciated. They both apologized for the inconvenience but I feel like more could have been done in order to keep our business. We personally will never go back to this location because it’s never been a great experience but the fact that there was at least 5 employees in view when I showed up 15 minutes after calling with nobody answering and a very low bar for customer service that couldn’t even be met - it’s...
Read moreUnprofessional and unfriendly staff. Dirty restrooms. Staff “too cool” to wear masks so they just wear them on their chin without covering their nose OR mouth. Was at this Chipotle today and at least 5 employees were not wearing masks covering nose or mouth with maybe 3 wearing masks appropriately but apparently not able or willing to persuade their coworkers to do so. The few Chipotle staff that might care a bit are clearly being dragged down by those employees "too cool" to care about how the disrespectful manner in which they conduct themselves. Clearly, the management in this geographical area does not care about the customers of Chipotle. I have personally witnessed Chipotle staff running to the door to lock it as customers were reaching or the door handle. It is unbelievable that Chipotle cares so little for its customers that they allow the staff to lay on the seats in the restaurant while customers are present. They allow employees to wear their masks in a manner that does absolutely nothing as their noses and mouths are not covered. I could go on and on, really. People may wonder why I still occasionally go to this Chipotle. Well, the food is good, as we all know. Additionally, I guess I hold out hope that someone in Chipotle leadership will see the bad reviews, the pictures posted online, and finally make...
