Horrible service and mediocre overpriced food! This was our first and last time at this place. We waited 8 minutes in line to pull up to the order board which was the first time we had ever seen their menu. It would have been nice to have had a second menu board to look at while we were waiting. When we arrived at 2pm there were only 5 cars in line. By the time we ordered, 2 of them had pulled out of line and given up. The girl on the speaker told us "just a minute" 4 times before she took our order. We asked for 2 regular sandwiches and were charged $13! When we finally received the food it was 2:22 and our receipt was time stamped 2:08. So, we waited a total of 22 minutes to get two miniature unremarkable sandwiches. The funny thing is their bag actually has printed on it: "Fast 8 minutes through the line, max". Good luck in your new location...you are going to need...

Had an order for delivery today. I had to order lunch for 20 people. I saw the delivery fee of $3.99 when I added 1 sandwich. Why did it shoot up to almost $25??!! All sandwiches were going to the same address. I didn't ask for anything outrageous. Yet another reason another sandwich shop is getting removed from my list of approved vendors. There is no reason that can be given that would be acceptable for that kind of fee! Over $60 in tax and fees. I ordered from Picklemans yesterday and the delivery fee was $6 for 20 sandwiches. Way more reasonable. Stop overcharging like this. Completely unnecessary! SUBTOTAL $244.78 DELIVERY...

Will never go back to pot belly’s. For one all of the empty tables were nasty and needed clean.

Second the guy that prepared our food yelled at me to get my sandwich saying “im not bringing it to you you have to come here and get it.”

He only yelled our order once and I didn’t hear him so when he said it a second time he made that comment. He then proceeded to complain to his employee about me right infront of me when I grabbed my food out of his hands.

The dude looks like he hasn’t showered in days and never washed his hands he had dark brown greasy hair.

Piss poor service and I won’t...
