Our experience with Weston’s Appliance
Awesome Customer Service! The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful as we looked at numerous makes and models, trying to decide which would best fit our budget and needs.
We purchased a new washer and dryer from Weston’s Appliance at the end of September 2021, (2-3 weeks for delivery) as our existing GE Washer had stopped working due to a faulty start button. And although it was covered under our Home Warranty Plan, the part needed to repair it was no longer available, per the Home Warranty Company. So, the Home Warranty Plan would be replacing the washer with the broken start button with a new washer, or we could purchase one and be reimbursed by the Plan, which we chose to do. Several days after our purchase at Weston’s Appliance, the washing machine part for our broken washer was delivered to our front door. So, we arranged for an appliance technician to install the part asap to get our washer working again. Once that was done, we called Weston’s Appliance, explained our situation and requested that our recent appliance purchase be cancelled. The employee we spoke with was very courteous, respectful and did not hesitate to help us resolve our situation. This kind of customer service is a rarity in the world today. We truly appreciate their “customer first” service approach to selling appliances. We will definitely be returning to Westons’s for any future appliance purchases.

Read moreI used to be a shopper of HH Gregg, it was always “local” and had quality service. After it closed, there weren’t a lot of non-big box options. I tried Grand Appliance for a stove and microwave just before the pandemic but it wasn’t above average, and install was disappointing. When I started to look for a new fridge and dishwasher, I wished I had more options. A Google search turned up Weston, and I thought I’d check them out. First, I stopped by an hour before close. I was really just doing a “scouting mission”, but met Julie. Julie was from the Muncie store, but was filling in. She was AMAZING!!!! She felt like an old friend. She answered tons of questions: about the appliances, about Weston and delivery and install (not outsourced and that the guys are super experienced). (I’m so thorugh I brought a sampling of dishes and pans from home to see how they’d load in the dishwashers I was looking at!) She stayed well past closing (like an hour!!!) with me, never rushing me. I apologized for keeping her but she was so patient. I left having bought a Bosch fridge and dishwasher. They were delivered a few weeks ago and I love them. Delivery team was fast, professional and careful. I’d highly recommend Weston, and Julie was so amazing...
Read moreAfter some bad experiences with the big box (Lowes and HD) stores and appliances, we decided to look for a local store and were happy to find Weston Appliance. We had in mind the washer we wanted and went to their Noblesville store. We dealt with a couple of people there who were very helpful in getting us to the right washer for us. We did find out, that, while they do not have their own service people, they do have their own installers; which was something we were looking for after our last dismal experience with big box store.
We purchased the item, along with an extended warranty, and set up a delivery time. Guys arrived on time and quickly removed old washer and installed new one, making sure that it was leveled properly. My only complaint was that it was raining that day and I don't think they would have removed or covered their shoes before walking on our new carpet. The salesman at the store had lead me to believe that this would just happen automatically, but the one installer started to walk up the stairs and I had to stop him.
Overall, we had a good experience and will go back...
