Taco Bell — Restaurant in Norco

This location is trash. I'd drive to another location that isn't this hard to deal with. My fiance tends to come to this location frequently and there is always some sort of issue with this store in particular. This time around we both came together to grab something to eat before an appointment. We sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes before the car in front of us was able to put in their order. The girl taking our order had a terrible attitude. She also had an attitude at the window, threw our entire order in a single box, and had such a hard time giving us napkins when we asked. If you don't want to work here then don't. You have other options. Aside from this instance this Taco Bell is CONSTANTLY out of their freezes and claim that their "machine is down" every time my fiance has gone through the drive thru. This location needs to be run more efficiently because management is non-existent here. Another downside is the fact that this location also keeps their doors locked so there isn't another way to avoid going through the drive thru. For being a new location it's terrible,...

I live right down the street from this Taco Bell so the fact that they get my order wrong every time is sad because now I literally have to drive just a bit further to make sure my order is at least correct. They had it correct on the screen but still somehow gave me the wrong burrito and forgot my straws. The attitude that comes off the employees is like they hate their job and don’t like to be there, I don’t understand how these employees can simply mess up a beefy 5 layer burrito or mess up an order every time. You have a screen that literally has the order on it and you have the receipts to look at so they obviously simply do not care about...

I had tried to order some food from this Taco Bell everything seem fine until one of the managers I think his name is Felez came out of my phone scream and started terrorizing my family. Me and my children barley escaped with our lives from the whole ordeal.
