Racist and xenophobic! First time exploring the area, walked in not greeted or acknowledged not once. Walked around a bit and still no service or greeting. I’m Asian, however a white woman came in after me and was greeted / spoken to right away. Same thing for a black woman too. Will not be coming back here again, hire some diverse workers!

FOR CLARIFICATION, the store was not busy ! I literally made eye contact with one of the workers and she still said nothing!! The response and sending a rude threat from my review is disappointing, instead of owning up to your mistakes you’re blaming the customer? Shame on you! Have gotten several pieces from her and like them all. But be sure to confirm refund / exchange police. My Husband got the exact earrings I wanted for Christmas which I had previously picked out, but the store later called him suggesting the necklace that matched ( I had seen it but don’t care for matching sets) and he was told if I did not like it he could return it. I did not like the chain or that it matched exactly to the earnings, a little too matchy, matchy. I called to see if I could exchange it, not refund but exchange it, on 2/11 when it was bought 12/8 and never worn. Anna said no that the cut off was 1/31.
