Social Fox Brewing & Distillery — Restaurant in Norcross

Social Fox is a special place. It is family friendly and pet friendly. I saw a customer walk in with his dog and the owner showed him where the dog biscuits were. So cool! The staff is very attentive and down to earth. The beer is unique and has a wonderful selection. They have both tap and cans. I got some cans to go which was nice. I met up there with a bunch of friends. They have a nice indoor area as well as an outdoor patio. What’s cool about this location is you can legally walk around the neighborhood with your drink. This is a great spot to meet up with people and hang out. I will definitely be back. These are the kinds of places our society needs. It lives up to its name, “Social Fox!”

Sitting in downtown Norcross, this brewery stands out, in a good way! Sporting a giant playful mural covering the whole building, this brewery packs a punch! A punch of something different and tasty. They have traditional brews and some with a unique twist, like the one I tried. A Peaches and cream session IPA, and many was it different. It was surprisingly good, although I don't think i could drink them all night. The place is small, and intimate, with tree trunk tables and bar stools and a patio to enjoy when the weather permits. It’s been advertised on Explore Gwinnett that Latin Dance night is held at Social Fox Brewing & Distillery every Thursday. Got all dolled up to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month 2024 at Historic Downtown Norcross. Thought what better way to celebrate. Got there and the place was dead. The bartender doesn’t know of the event at all. Seems like anybody who works in Historic Downtown Norcross has no idea of any events Gwinnett County holds every month which is weird since they are at the heart of downtown & thrive on entertainment & tourism.
