I would give 3 1/2. The auditorium was nice. Seating was a bit cramped, but could see well from the 16th row, the way the seats were raised. First restroom (before 2pm performance) was decent. Clean. Second restroom - different one (after performance) was pretty messy; dirty, tiolet paper and paper towels all over the floor, paper towels out in one of the dispensers. Getting out of the parking lot behind the building was HORRIBLE. Didn't move one bit at. all. for about 20 minutes, trying to get...

No. 1 - stop charging outrageous fees when someone calls to order tickets to pick up at "Will Call" the day of the event. When you do this, you discriminate against a group of people who are lucky they'll be able to maneuver enough to attend in the first place. No. 2 - train your tech crew to understand that acts want to be professionals onstage, not amateurs. And No. 3 - fix your sound...

Pretty good place and have purchased a couple tickets from them and have always been kind and helpful. The Ticketmaster charge is not my favorite but that's out of the box...
