Keith was so accommodating and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the type of phone I had and the problems I kept having with screen breaking on the edges and shattering/splitting throughout the screen. This happened twice, all while I had on a normal ultra strength screen protector.

He recommended needing a liquid glass protector. It came with a 1 year warranty, and if it failed, they would repair it for free, essentially. After having my cracked screen replaced elsewhere, due to cost only, I rushed to get it protected ASAP. With the store hours versus my work schedule, he only had a limited amount of time to work on it. So he assured me he would stay late and get the job done. I was so impressed with his customer service. He even thought of putting the glass on my camera lenses as well to ensure they don't get damaged. All in all, he went above and beyond.

I waited a few weeks before posting, and I love the liquid glass. It doesn't have the outline like a normal protector does as it's invisible, and I can utilize my screen fully. I admit I've dropped my phone a couple of times, and so far, so good. But with that warranty, I feel so safe that I won't have a costly adventure to replace a new screen yet again. I am so impressed with this little store. They are a retailer for Zagg screen replacement and over the weekend I broke my screen protector. I went online to order my replacement, and they did not have any in stock just like mine, but I could pay more to have a better one, or they can email me when they have it in stock again. They had a small section saying I could see if I had a Zagg retailer near me. CPR popped up and I thought it was worth a shot to give them a call. They had the item in stock and it only cost 10.88 with tax for the replacement. When you order it though Zagg, you pay $9.99 for shipping and then have to wait for it to come in.
