I would literally give this place a zero if I could. I went in to get an outfit for a wedding, since I have seen the window displays in normal before and they looked cute. I went in and was looking through some clothes and I found a few things that I liked, but when I went to find someone to get a fitting room there seemed to be no employees. There was one other person shopping in the store so it wasn’t busy at all. I gave the employees the benefit of the doubt assuming that they were just doing some work in the back. I decided to look around more while I waited. A girl finally came out and didn’t acknowledge me or the other person in the stor and just stood at the register on her phone. I went up to ask her if I could get a fitting room and she didn’t even look up at me, and seemed bothered that I asked. I tried some stuff on and didn’t really love anything for the price, VERY cheap material. The clothes were ill fitting and looked and felt cheap. That coupled with the HORRIBE lack of customer service I will never be returning to this store ever again. Honestly do not know how they are still in business. Do not waste your time...

I went into the store today looking for a wedding guest dress. I tried on a few dresses and really liked everything I tried on (which was a huge surprise because I've been looking at a ton of stores in the area and had yet to find a single thing I liked anywhere else!) I'm no expert, but their clothes seemed to be of good quality (no cheap materials or fast fashion).

The service was also really excellent! The salesperson I spoke to was such a big help while I was trying on the dresses, and was able to comment on which dresses were more appropriate for the event, what colors suited me, and how well they fit. She seemed very knowledgeable and had a good eye for what did and didn't work. I ended up walking out with a dress I'm really happy with and can't wait to wear. Will definitely be...

I use to enjoy going into this store since a lot of the clothes are very different and fashionable. I recently had purchased a necklace here that I loved, it was very dainty and subtle. I barely had the necklace two weeks and it began to tarnish a lot on the clasp and broke when I was taking it off. I went into the store and told the employee that I had it for less than two weeks and it broke when I was removing it, I didn’t even pull on it or anything. She said that they do not offer any refunds for it since everything is a final sale. I asked her if they were able to provide a new one in exchange and she said they couldn’t and I would have to purchase a new one.
