Orthodontics Exclusively — Local services in Norman

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! I had nothing but problems since the initial visit. It took 3 months for them to get the paperwork to my insurance to start treatment because they refused to send it through the insurance website. And then I still had to follow up for "Melinda" to get it done. I was called by this office saying treatment was approved and made an appt... once we got there they said it hadn't been approved... um, you called me to make the appt??? At that very moment I, again, called the insurance for "Melinda" and had the approval emailed (first to the wrong email because she changed her name to Melissa and then back to Melinda- she would alternate names multiple times and argue and blatantly lie). 2 years later (still in treatment) I start getting calls from their finance company wanting money. I did not finance at all. I paid our half up front on the first day. They refused to give insurance an updated treatment plan, which is all they were asking for. So for another year I received calls, texts, emails from OrthoFi and Orthodontics Exclusively for more payment that they weren't getting from insurance because they refused to give the updated treatment plan. At the end of treatment... over 3 years later, they tried to get me to sign paperwork stating I wanted to pay for more optional treatments...um, no! Then were "confused" when I refused to sign it. Unprofessional, deceptive, rude-- the whole time was a complete nightmare dealing with this office. Whatever their bs response will be...I have emails, paperwork, screenshots, and correspondence to and from insurance to back up my claims. Pictured is the form they try to sneak in for you to sign... they hand it to you with the boxes...

This is my family’s second experience with an orthodontist in Norman (I have two children and my second child needed braces), and I’m so glad we decided to go with Orthodontics Exclusively with Dr. Shannon (and especially Fergy and Stephanie Stewart) this time around.

I contacted Orthodontics Exclusively and our previous orthodontist in Norman via email to make an initial consultation appointment. Immediately I heard from Stephanie with Dr. Shannon’s office. I was surprised I never heard back from our previous orthodontist. I let Stephanie know I needed a first available appointment for my daughter and she got my daughter in within the week. She also asked me my preferred method of contact. I appreciated that because email is easiest for me due to the nature of my job. Needless to say, we got all of our paperwork done electronically and quickly.

When my daughter and I showed up for her initial consultation, Fergy made us feel right at home. She gave us a tour, showed us the movie theater, iPad/charging room, game room, waiting room, all of the bathrooms and the treatment room. Dr. Shannon gave us my daughter’s treatment plan and Fergy helped us with making my daughter’s plan affordable. So grateful for that!

A few days later we made our appointment to come back and my daughter had her braces placed and received comprehensive education on how to care for her new braces.

In all, I’m extremely confident in the care my daughter is receiving I’m very happy with how we are all treated while we’re there. Thanks, Orthodontics...

Orthodontics Exclusively is the most beautiful office in the world (and so are the people in it)! It is like a castle! Dr. Shannon is the best of the best! He never ceases to amaze me! I can’t thank Dr. Shannon enough for giving me the most beautiful smile in the world ❤️ We always get VIP treatment from him and his staff! Jessica Daniel is the Ray of Sunshine of Orthodontics Exclusively! She is as skilled, positive, and sweet as she is beautiful! (And she is breathtakingly beautiful!) I am always overjoyed to see her and am happy to have her as a friend and “sister”! My family and I have been patients for over 13 years at OE! It is at this place (the Norman one, especially) that I made many wonderful friends and had the most fun and beautiful memories! The parties they host are always fun! I have great trust and confidence in Dr. Shannon! I know I can always count on him because he has a solution to every problem! He is one of the most caring and sincere people I know! I have never met a doctor like him in my whole life! Strategic, intelligent, humble, humorous, generous, charismatic, awesome party host… is there anything he can’t do? I’m so glad he is our friend! All three doctors are amazing, kind, and wonderful (and attractive with artistic talents)! Both Dr. Revels and Dr. Shannon were my doctors while my mom was also treated by Dr. Restuccia, a little bit! I’m happy to be friends with Dr. Gaby (Restuccia) as well! I cannot imagine my life without Orthodontics Exclusively! Here’s to many more...
