my husband Tom and I love hobby town and the people that own it and work there Josh and Gary are always in good moods and help us with all our problems and questions if we need something ordered they're more than happy to do so. I ordered a car from the Norman location, paid in full. Was told it would ship on July 26th. I checked with them on August 13, they still did not have the car. I found a place in town that had it- so I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. The man had an attitude, still couldn’t tell me when I could get my refund. He acted like he didn’t have the money to give me. I waited all day, went to pick up my refund and another part that I had previously ordered. When I arrived the part I ordered was wrong. I told him I didn’t want that one. He was very insistent that I buy the part anyway. I said I wasn’t paying for something I can’t use. Took my refund and left. I shop here frequently, I prefer to deal with the younger man that works there, he is always helpful and friendly. The older man is rude and lazy, always just playing video games and acts put out if he needs to help with anything. I went in to return a few things I got that weren't what I needed and also to pick up some other items I did need. The younger man was busy and I stood at the counter for a few minutes while the old man played his video game and then finally decided to come help, he acted like I had no right returning items I bought from them even though they were still brand new in undamaged unopened packages and I had my receipt from the day before.
