The owner seriously needs to reconsider how she runs her business. During previous visits, customers were assured that the visit packages they purchased would never expire. Now, these people are being told that the visits have expired and that they should simply “buy more” is incredibly unprofessional—especially for a business that wants to retain customers. Visit packages should always be honored and should never have an expiration date. It’s the same principle as a gift card, which doesn’t expire. This is unacceptable, and I will make sure others are aware of this shady practice. Sunbanque is now SunBar and it is amazing!!! I was not a fan of the old Sunbanque and their management and refused to go however, a friend told me that there was a new owner and all the old staff was gone. Let me just say, the new owner is awesome!!! She is so sweet, so personable and she has transformed this tanning salon into something wonderful! If I could go tanning everyday, I would. I love the atmosphere, the people who work there and the tan I end up with after just 1 visit. This place is top notch and I can't recommend this enough!!
