STAY AWAY FROM HERE.They keep taking down my comments . Interesting ,do yourself favor stay away Sent to T Mobil lets see My phone stopped working on 8/5. I called T Mobil who transferred me to Assurant. A " phone" was was sent to my address supposed " overnight" , the phone was sent on 8/6 and did not arrive until 8/10. I transferred my information , I waited a day and the phone still did not work correctly. On 8/11 I contacted T Mobil and not being pleased that now being day 6 without a phone T Mobil stated they would ship a replacement phone but it would not be overnight . I stated this was unacceptable and they agreed to ship a phone to a T Mobil store near me but it would be a day. I received a email that the phone had arrived a the store in North Attleboro MA .I then looked and found the store was closed it was 4pm . Now at 8 without a phone I went to the T Mobil store at 10 am and was greeted by a T Mobil employee , later found to be a District Manager , stating the store was closed for renovations. I then showed his the email that the phone had arrived there and he refused to give me the phone. Keep in mind this is the second vacation day I had to use to deal with this phone issue. I returned home and contacted T Mobil and spoke with customer service rep. Alex. I explained everything and he stated they would send a phone to another store i stated that this was no acceptable that I wanted a phone today being 8-13. He stated he spoke to a supervisor and that I could go to T Mobil at Emerald Sq Mall in North Attleboro and pick up my phone. He then attempted to call the store by they were not open for ten minutes. Alex agreed to call the store and I then drove there. I went into the store and no call was received from Alex and the staff there stated they do not handle replacement phones. Now being furious being day 8 and being lied to by Alex the only was to get a phone was to by a new one. Now after paying 99 dollars for the replacement phone I had to trade it in for a 1000.00 phone. I will say the staff at the Emerald Sq mall store were great it was not their fault for the issues. And the staff also called the other store where my phone was and spoke to who they identified as the District Manager and he would not allow them to retrieve the phone. The stores are less that 1 quarter mile apart . Also I found out that the store the phone was sent to has been closed for two months for renovations why was the phone even sent there. So not very happy I returned home . I again called T Mobil and spoke with Sarah I was basically told they could do nothing after almost a half hour of her on and off speaking to a supervisor that i was now out 600 plus 100 for a phone I had insurance on. But Sarah did say that T Mobil would give me gas money for my inconvenience, Seriously, I used less that a gallon which mean maybe 2.83 I would receive for my troubles. So it continues I posted a comment about the poor service from T Mobil on the North Attleboro sites webpage and it was removed. I again posted it and stated I would continue to post until the matter was resolved. At approx. 4pm I received a T Mobil supervisor pleading with me to give the a chance to fix the problem and she assured my she would call me back on 8/16 with a solution. I went in to upgrade my sons phone and they told me the best thing would be to just open a new line, call in a few weeks and cancel the existing one. Also they tell me âfor being a valued sprint customer I can get a free iPadâ and that my monthly bill wonât change, then they tell my son he can get one too and it will only be $30 more a month, I made it VERY clear I didnât want a higher bill and they assured me it would only be $30 more, also in order for me to get this deal I must be set up on auto pay. So I agree to both. Upon leaving the store my sons new phone didnât activate and I had to text the worker to get the instructions to do it myself. Well after 2 months and getting my second bill and realized my autopay wasnât set up it was almost $900 for 2 months. The first month it went up $150!!!! Second month up an extra $70. I called sprint (customer service is terrible) and they just break down the bill for me (not helpful at all) then I go to the store, go back and forth with the worker over an hour because instead of trying to help me with all these charges he is just trying to get my future bills down, including telling me to get rid of the line with the number i had since 2008 and is used for my business!! Come find out not only did they not activate my phone the day I received the ipads, they also didnât set up autopay so I was charged additional fees for every line I have (5) per month for 2 months. Also instead of my bill going up $30/month for iPad it went up $60 ($30 each) I tried to explain it wasnât my fault their worker didnt set up autopay and that I didnât agree to $60 more a month and I shouldnât be charged the extra fees, they said there was nothing they can do in the store and that I would need to call sprint, so I did just that, after hour and a half on the phone she told me there was nothing she can do and Id have to go to the store!!!
I have been with sprint almost 12 years and mostly because they trap you with contacts not because of the service, I know people with other companies that treat them way better and charge a lot less. At this point the only thing I can do to get rid of them is to pay off all my devices ($500 each iPad) and cancel the lines one by one and that is exactly what I will be doing. Canât wait to say...
   Read moreTerrible terrible customer service. I had gone to the store because they are a Sprint corporate store. I was told to go there to exchange my phone by a supervisor from Sprint . I waited over an hour to be seen by a store representative. They had ME call sprint myself, and had me on the phone for over 3hrs. I was told to go there by Sprint because they are a corporate store and they are the only one that could assist me. I was supposed to revive the IPhone 7s. They said they were to switch it out, because the had sent the iPhone7, and there was to be NO DEPOSIT. They ended up returning my phone and not giving me the new phone I was supposed to receive. Because they returned my phone, I had to wait over a week for Sprint to send me a phone thru the mail. They were very rude and didn't even apologize because if they didn't return it (which I did not ask them to do) I could have used the iPhone 7 until they sent the right phone out to me. So I left with no phone and my other phone was broken. I went over a week with out a phone because of this store. I used to work for Sprint and I am very disappointed in them and their customer service. I don't believe I should have been on the phone with Sprint myself in order to try to fix the situation. Never ever will I go to this store. Never ever again. I'd rather go to the one at Attleboro mall that is a franchise. Those gentlemen have been amazing and always try to give you the same premonitions as Sprint sometimes CHEAPER. Not the STORE at the mall but the one on the first floor in the middle of the mall.
