Called today and had some questions regarding a product I ordered online that had VITAMINS in it. I asked the woman who picked up if I could stop in and ask some questions regarding VITAMINS. She says "you have to do your own research." Umm you work at a VITAMIN shop so absolutely had 0 knowledge to begin with. Then I asked her if she had a product there and she checked and said no. I tried some jojoba oil but it actually gave me an allergic reaction. It was like $13 and I basically threw it out cause they would only give me 'store credit' ....that seems like a scam for sure. If a customer has a receipt and it is within 14-30 days of the purchase then a company should be legally obligated to take responsibility for the products they sell and if they are poor quality there should always be a money...
