Don’t ever bring your cell phone here for Apple coverage. Spend the time and go to the actual Apple Store. Came in to simply have my back glass replaced. Got the phone back and unbeknownst to me they had factory reset my phone. Never did they tell me that they would be actually be replacing the ENTIRE back of phone including the circuit board/processor. They gave me my phone back and had me sit there for an hour while it updated. Then they told me “oh we can’t re-activate your phone here.” Geek Squad DOES NOT tell you they CANNOT re-activate E-SIMs which most new phones have. They directed me to go to T-MOBILE who spent and hour trying to fix it. After unsuccessfully trying 3 times to activate it, they said wrong circuit board/processor was put in it. 8 hours later….. Geek Squads subpar work cost me to shell out $$$ for a brand new phone . These people are suppose to be Tech Professionals?!?!?!?...
Read moreMy Samsung s21+ had a faulty LCD screen and I was sent a warranty replacement phone, but I did not back up my photos... I was devastated and money's tight right now so I was desperately trying to avoid a screen replacement. I did my homework, made an appt and when I went in, Lee helped me right away. He troubleshot with me for over an hour, trying different ways to get my phone to unlock and we ultimately figured it out after almost an hour and a half. He backed ALL my photos up to a USB that I purchased in store (a great price, by the way!) and helped me avoid a pricey screen replacement for my already warrantied device. I cannot thank Lee enough and his colleagues Zak and Chris (I believe was his name!). Everybody was super helpful, very patient and understanding. I could not be happier! I bought my PC at the Galleria Best Buy in Cambridge, MA and since the first night the speaker and sound system were crackling and making a squeaking sound. I brought it back to the best buy i bought it from and they were unable to fix it. Then i brought it to North Attleboro and after it being sent to the manufacturer twice, they decided to refund me and help me choose a new/functioning laptop. They helped me through the whole process of deciding on a new laptop and were very delightful when I asked questions. On top of this, i didn't even have an appointment when I went in and they still fit me and fixed my issue. I am so satisfied.
