I had issues last couple times ordering we are always missing something or order not right tonight I order because my kids was having a sleepover the pizzas was correct but I didn’t receive my 16piece honey bbq boneless wings now the driver said I could get credit I did tell him sure but i called literally after he left to see about refund and they said they can’t refund they can only do credit I told the young lady I’ll just take the wings and asked how long it’ll take for him to come back she said about 30mins So i waited over an hour before calling back just for them to tell me the driver said I wanted credit which i did at first before I called to ask about refund. So I then ask her if i can pickup the wings then the manager I guess got on the phone saying they can’t give me free wings like sir I don’t won’t no credit and I’m not asking for nothing free I want the wings I paid $15.69 for smh this is the last time we order and not to mention they didn’t even give me the dang credit they so called...
Read moreThis is one of the worst Pizza Hut locations I have been to. I want to keep giving them another chance, but I am always disappointed. The pizza is not terrible, but trying to order and pick up is a horrible experience. 4/6 pickups the cashiers (different every time) did not know how to use the register properly. There are usually people yelling... at each other or in general about who knows what. Employees complaining about some aspect of their work or another employee or just ticked off at life. I now mentally prepare myself for drama before walking in, and never come in if I am in a hurry.
Update 8/1/18 I went by this location and there were new staff who were polite and knowledgeable. They were professional and able to take and fulfill my order without problems. A world of difference from previous experiences here!...

When I called to let them know I was told they would get my replacement to me as soon as possible BUT I would need to give them the wrong wings.
