Really cool restaurant, great vibe and customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend this location.

This location has a passive floral boutique type of vibe. Super clean and a decent amount of dining space. In addition, this location allows the guest to sample the product.

I sampled the NEW Chicken Poblano Soup. Very good and rich. Not as thick and hearty as the picture, but still very good.

The food was good, but I felt I was missing something.

The Mac and Cheese was good and my kids really enjoyed it, but tasted like a heat and serve type of product and not freshly made.

The grape salad was good, but the grapes were very plump. I would recommend slicing the grapes to make the dish more manageable with a spoon or fork. It is dressed very well with sauce and brown sugar and is hard to eat with the fingers without making a mess. I had to stab my fork, one grape at a time to enjoy it.

The Pimento Cheese scoop was nicely done and had that sharp flavor one expects with cheese. Very savory! Was the best part of the meal by far!

I had the Sassy Scotty on wheat toasted. The bread was very lightly toasted, so it still had that soft texture and no crunch to the bread. As for the chicken salad, it tasted almost like a normal chicken salad. I didn’t get the savory zest I was expecting with the ingredients and name. It was supposed to be zesty with the ranch, bacon and cheddar cheese and I didn’t taste any of those ingredients. In fact, it wasn’t seasoned much at all.

My wife had the Fancy Nancy on a Croissant. The Croissant was not flaky as one would expect. Once again, the chicken salad didn’t taste much different from mine. This one was supposed to be fruity with apples, grapes, and pecans. It did have a slight sweetness and nutty flavor to it, but not enough to stand out. You have to be intentionally looking for it.

This review is not meant to be harsh, but honest and specific! I did rate it a 4 star which is very good! The way the restaurant invites it’s guests set the expectations for the quality much higher than it was.

When I order something that I could make at home, I want it to be more or better than how I can make it. In this case, the menu set me up for something special, then when I got it, it just wasn’t special! It was a good chicken salad sandwich, just like what I make at home!

We had an unusual experience. We requested two egg salad sandwiches; sandwich only with a pickle and 2 small cokes no ice.

First they gave us 2 child sized drinks. They replaced it with the next size up. They stated small was child sized.

When we received our sandwiches we had one sandwich correct. However, the second one the gave a scoop of egg salad with 2 pieces of bread on the side. I explained I did not want to make my own sandwich and that if they would please change that one to a sandwich as I previously ordered. The girl retorted, "I know what a sandwich is."

They replaced that sandwich but it was toasted, which the first one was correct and toasted but I didn't want both toasted as previously ordered. I just paid, took it and left. It was very frustrating how they could not get a simple order correct.

Lastly, they were not wearing masks nor gloves during this pandemic. I'm sure the Health Departmebt would require then to wear PPE, especially now. One girl even played with her hair prior to looking into the food.

After a long night with my 5 year old, we decided that we don't want McDonald's that the kid eats 4x a week. Don't at me. Anyways an beautiful angel baby named Maddie complimented my hangry daughter on her light up head band and they were instant besties. After a night like we had, Maddie saved our sanity and she helped my daughter smile after a very busy day....I am in love with Maddie, I'd buy her a Christmas gift if it wasn't weird. She was amazingly polite, super funny, WORE A MASK, ahem. She is amazing a deserves all the money and praise.
