I had gone there for my husband's 50th birthday with his family. Everyone there is super nice, there is definitely something there for everyone and the staff is on top of everything. This is no small feat because this place is crowded. If you have a large group I suggest calling ahead as we did otherwise I cannot imagine how you would get the table for a bunch of people. I would have given them five stars because honestly there wasn't anything that was negative except there is no moving around this place. There's no limit to how many people are in there so the lines are long even though they move quickly but it does take you some time to get back to your seat and some definite maneuvering. If you want to go to a good place this is a really good place but the next time I go I'm going to see if there's a less busy time to go. With a better design concept that suits the volume that this place gets it would surely be better for the customer and the staff alike who have to navigate through a sea of hungry humans and sometimes their children who are allowed to run wherever they want. I will say the staff handles everything so well and this place is very clean considering the volume and if something has emptied then something is filled incredibly fast. It's all pretty quick. I just wouldn't define this place as being cozy or comfortable and you're probably going to eat more then you expect so show up very hungry and show up with a smile...
Read moreWe’ve been to the hibachi side of this place a total of 3 times now. Kept giving it a chance, wanted to like it but service and quality of food consistently fell short. We were always greeted with a smile and seated quickly, but were unable to flag down any staff for extended periods of time when we needed something. On two of the three occasions after 20 mins, I got up and got the extra utensils that we needed myself.
The hibachi atmosphere has been very quiet and lacking customers. The hibachi chef was mildly entertaining the first time and like chained performer the others forcing a smile because he “had to”. Sidenote, the joke about a baby boy “peeing” on our food is not appetizing. 🫠
The food matches in unenthusiasm. Lots of oil and salt, precooked noodles and rice. There was dropped eggshell in my meal the 3rd time we went, reminding me why we stopped going after the last time.
All in all, a struggling place seeming like they want to do better but just consistently missing the mark in all areas. I wish them improvement and thus...
