Okay so the store manager Nelly charged the membership without my permission. After looking through my receipt, I asked why is there $5 fee and told me it’s for the membership and that way it will gives me more discount. I told her I never gave my information for the membership registration, wanted to hear more information. From then, she was getting angry at me, gave me refund and charged me for the whole amount. I told her that I want to get the membership for more discount, just wanted to get more info. She then gave me the membership and then didn’t apply discount. I asked her to apply 20% coupon (she did it for me in the first transaction) and from there, she was smiling and saying “no”. I was frustrated and confused about what she was doing. Anyway,she finally honored the price and started speaking spanish (sound like verbal abuse) to me and I find that offensive. I didn’t want any trouble, came home and reading through similar reviews and my final conclusion of what she did is that she is stealing money from us and the Sally by making fake membership transaction. She also ripped my first transaction receipt (probably discarding her thief transaction).
I hope the cooperation is reading these reviews, fire her and sue her for what she stole from...
Read moreThe store has a wonderful selection for black-hair-care products, and the workers are so helpful and friendly except this one; She’s an older woman, but she has made me feel very uncomfortable each time she was present there. I have caught her taking photos, and even recording me while in the store. When speaking with another worker is when I had caught her doing so. Even as I step outside the store, I noticed she was still holding her phone in a clearly arbitrary way taking the photos. I would hate to have to avoid the store because of this, but this feels extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary and I don’t want to assume that it’s racial profiling either, but I notice she did not do this towards any other customers that had a lighter complexion than mine. Read moreWorst store manager that needs to quit asap! Been to this store twice. They were both terrible experiences. First, the manager I believe also in carge of register scammed me into buying sally beauty store card and not registered them into the system. Later i found out at the another Sally Beauty store that my card was never registered.
Second time, I went to return something and treated less as a customer. Told by the same women that if i can wait till she can assist all the other people at the line that came after me. When i refused, she agreed to return my items first in a most unpleasent way of possible.
I am so dissappointed at this store because I actually enjoy shopping from Sally Beauty. Other Sally Beauty stores around has better service, less miserable people and ask if they can help you!!!
