I started out as a self-service customer for my 5 year old Great Pyrenees, Brie. We had just gotten booted from our groomer for poor manners. While we worked to figure out what was going on thru vet visits and training, Pawtanicals was truly such a great alternative to breaking my back hunched over my bathtub trying to get this big girl clean. The tubs were always clean and ready to go with everything you need for a bath. If there’s ever an issue or you need something, you can always just ask.

We would get regular nail trims and hygiene shaves with the help and patience of Eric or Danni (the owners, who are just the best btw).

With Brie’s health issues improving and her training taking shape, the team at Pawtanicals worked with me and Brie to introduce Nuria, her new groomer, and the real grooming routine slowly and palatably, never pushing Brie’s boundaries too far, but always making some bit of progress. Nuria is so good with her, and was sensitive to changes in Brie’s body language to gauge how Brie was feeling.

I have been taking my two dogs here for bath’s and also doing the Thera-clean Micro Bubble Bath. Let me tell you that out of all the facilities I have gone to get my dogs bathed this is by far the best place! The owner Daniela and her husband are amazing people with such great hearts and you can feel the positive energy just being there. My dog Sky is a big Pit bull and can be weird or mean with strangers handling her. I was surprised to see how well she has behaved and lets herself get handled by both of these amazing people. Sky is very sensitive, she suffers from hair loss, allergies and gets dandruff. Having her get the TCMB done has helped her TREMENDOUSLY! Especially with their help, they go beyond out of their way so that Sky and Bella can look and feel healthier ☺️ Sky’s fur looks so much healthier and doesn’t get a funky smell like she would after a few days that I would bathe her. Her tail started growing hair again! If your dog is sensitive, has allergies or scratches a lot .. I would definitely recommend to try the TCMB! My smaller dog Bella also had the TCMB done as well it’s for any dog! Also having my babies bathed there is so much better than having it done at home. Everything you need they got! I brought in my dog 'Spoon' for a nail clipping and won't be going anywhere else after an amazing first experience at Pawtanicals.

Spoon is an elder rescue and has problems with trust and aggression. I am always very anxious when introducing him to new people as he has snapped at them before. The staff at Pawtanicals were not only the warmest/endearing/understanding people you'll ever meet, but they are also absolute professionals that know how to handle difficult pets like my dog.

They spent 20 minutes letting him acclimate to the new environment and warm up to them before they even tried to clip his nails. Other places would just immediately muzzle the dog, get the job done, and move on to the next customer. Not at Pawtanicals! The amount of individualized attention, care, and compassion they gave Spoon was off the charts.

Spoon didn't make their lives easy, but they went above and beyond to provide the most relaxing environment they possibly could as well as impart a plethora of knowledge to me the owner on how to give the best life I can for him in his elder years.
