I never write these but today was ridiculous . My friend purchased a dress for my birthday . I returned it within 7 days per the policy because the dress was damaged and had an odor . The sales person was not the person who helped initially. I asked for another dress or a credit , not a refund . I told the lady that both my friend and I were added to her system last week which she verified . When trying to find the damage for the sales person the loose pin holding the tag came off . She therefore stated the tag had to be attached . The tag was 100 percent attached when I arrived . After driving call u back shortly an hour to return . The owners / managers answer was to call her tomorrow to discuss . Standing there with Ballenciaga from head to toe , this lady told me that she could not snd would not take her 99.00 dress back .What begin as a fun birthday shopping experience ended in a ridiculous customer service choice. Did I mention , we purchased 3 other dresses . Horrible customer service . Will not be shopping here again and will encourage others to...

I walked into this store on July 28, 2023 from Edmonton, Alberta Canada for a work trip in DC. Due to airline delays & several cancellations - 24hrs later & no sleep plus Air Canada lost my luggage. I needed an outfit for a function that was to be in 2 hrs. All the shops in North Bethesda has nothing. I walked into Scout & Molly's and Michelle greeted me with a friendly smile - told her the situation. Quickly she ran around the store to pick out several outfits and I walked out a feeling like a million bucks! During my extended stay - I went back into Scout and Molly's a few times with more clothing from this store for my 10 day visit. Clothes are cute, unique, stylish and their staff was beyond amazing. I hardly ever leave reviews but I feel lead to give one after an experience I had last night. I was at a local restaurant near by and a man was following me. I decided to turn into Scouts and Molly because their door was open and I often browse through there. The women noticed something was off when the man tried to follow me in the store and I immediately felt safer when the women came up to see if I was okay. One even offered to walk me out to my car. I don’t know their names (I usually have Abby help me when I’m shopping there who is also fantastic) but I am grateful for the store, the women/sisterhood and the environment they...
