Teeny Town Playground (Formally Tiny Town) — Local services in North Branch

We visited twice in one week because my children, ages 5 and 4 enjoyed playing here so much. They especially love driving the cars around the road and race track. I think this is a great place to have north of the cities! My biggest concern is that 4 days after visiting, we got VERY sick (2+ weeks of illness) so I am curious how often toys get disinfected/cleaned. There were also lots of children there who were coughing and had runny noses, so despite us washing our hands after visiting, we still got sick- I just wish their parents/caregivers would have kept them home or disinfected after them. I also noticed some parents not supervising their children as a very young child almost went down one of the slides and their parent was no where to be found when asked whose child it was. Other children kept trying to take off with my children's toys and I wasn't sure how much redirection to provide because it's not my child, yet no parent/caregiver was around to help redirect their own child. I think more toy sanitation stations would be helpful, as the only one I noticed was by the bathrooms (across the room from where most of the loose toys are), the spray bottle was also NOT located in its wall holder and took some searching to find within the cleaning supplies by the bathroom. I think this is a great place to have, but I worry some will not take care of it or pick up after their kiddos the same as others and the trust of "picking up after yourself" will get broken and ruin...

Edited due to the owners reaching out and correcting the issue. Refund was issued and they state they will look into the issue of being able to purchase after hours. I purchased a code from their online portal for 23 bucks. It then did not unlock the doors. I then got an email stating that it is a one time use code that would only open the door before 7pm. Problem was I purchased the code after 7pm. I don't know why a system would allow to purchase a code then send an email stating you couldn't use it, even though the building is open until 9pm. I attempted to call and text the numbers available and stood outside for 30 mins without a reply. Email and website also makes it very clear that all sales are final and no refunds...

We came here as a halfway point between my parents and I. I have a 4 year old who was SO excited to play! However, when we tried to buy our day passes online (it’s the only way to purchase them) the website gave an error after trying to process the payment. We tried on all of the mobile web browsers, on different phones, with different cards, but it resulted in the same error. Their website (their mobile version at least) was not working and there is no way to contact someone to help. We ended up having to leave and find other plans.

If you manage to get inside, I am sure it’s great! But for a place that doesn’t have any other way to purchase a pass, they should have more active support for when their website is...
