Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in North Brunswick Township

The customer service is horrid.

When I requested an additional garlic sauce for my large pie the mature male attendant said it would cost $1 for each.

When I asked for seasoning, he gave me one single packet. When I asked for more, since it's a large pie, the attendant then angrily thrusted me a few more.

When I asked for a few plates he refused to provide any.

When I asked for napkins, he disgruntedly gave me a few.

I've never experienced such contempt when asking for standard things as seasoning, plates, and napkins.

And I've never had any Papa John's attempt to charge me for seasoning (the garlic sauce)!

The only positive was that the pizza tasted good despite the slightly burnt crust. But there's nothing special about it from any other Papa John's location.

Everything that I asked for is commonly provided by just about any food establishment. I will absolutely never come to this location again.

Ps: The pizza that they served didn't come with the "safety seal." Which every other Papa John's that I've had since the pandemic puts on...

Worst Papa john’s ever.. Very poor service and rude staff.. we ordered online for pick up , got pizza home and there was a long hair baked with pizza!! We called them, The lady was very rude and told that she made the pizza and needs the proof.. We requested her to send us the new pizza and take this back as it was 11 pm and kids were already late for dinner!! Had to go back not just for pizza but because we wanted to give her the proof!! She didn’t even bothered to apologize for all that !! Got new pizza but guess what that too was not made according to specifications we gave for our pizza (it had bacon we don’t eat).. Though we didn’t even bothered to call back again.. she completely ruined our dinner, NEVER...

I rarely write reviews but this had to be said. I order once in a while from here and they have always been good. Today my order was messed up with wrong Ingredients. (I understand dinner time and they are busy). The lady took no time and said it was an honest mistake and she will send the correct one right away. Its because of such customer service that makes me always want to choose this place. The lady taking the orders on the phone is always sweet and honest. Today the weather was bad and they had only 1 delivery guy. She told me before hand it might take a bit longer but as usual they were ahead of time! Its service like this that makes me order from here...
