Singas Famous Pizza — Restaurant in North Brunswick Township

Bad customer service. My wife made an online order, i went to pick up and I had the order number and name on the order. I stood in the queue for a while and the staff even attended to the person behind me but i just forgave that. When it was my turn the guy who was addressing the delivery was multitasking he is not paying attention to what i am saying (searching for my order while attending to something else and not grasping it fully not asking me to repeat), tries to search for my order that i already paid for and he cannot find it, obviously because he was not listening to me, he focus is everywhere, not paying attention or want to immediately serve me because "I Have already paid", where am i going to go. Then they just dismissed me and took the order from the person behind, so where is my order and my money? Very unprofessional customer service. first of all make a rule for a queue, respect people in the line, then make sure they get the full attention when it is their turn, it is your responsibility to deliver what their order (You cant just freakishly dismiss them). My wife then had to go in, stood in the queue (same experience, people braking queue and the staff doesn't care) and eventually she got the order. And the Pizza wasn't that worth the even the slightest attitude displayed by the staff. One of the Pizzas was not at all good, like something just delivered in rush. It was JUST OK, if i were to be generous. Ah and no seasonings by the way. Unhappy overall. 2stars so that eventually after eternity we got the food we had already paid for. if it was phone order i would have just left, but i think they know that. You already paid online.. let them wait or just go without food. or whatever. End of the day i think it is probably not the staff but probably the management not establishing proper process and educating about customer service. If you cannot find an order from the order number published after placing an order along with name on the order (provided you pay attention) what good is the service and respecting customer's time. We entered the (empty at the time) establishment and waited at the counter for about 15mins for the young girl to finish flirting with another employee (tall bearded guy making pizzas). It wasnt until another employee (gentlemen taking orders over the phone) asked this girl to wait on us and the line of patrons behind us. She completely ignored the line of ppl for 15mins! When this gentlemen asked her to wait on us she sighed loudly before coming over and taking pur order. She was annoyed that we had interrupted her very important flirting session with prince charming! After placing our order (she said it would be 15mins) we took a quick stroll around patidar (no more than 10mins). When we returned and went to counter she said it would another 10mins. Fine, its Saturday night and things can get busy. As we're waiting she selectively calls out numbers and appeared to be completely skipping numbers of orders for ppl actually waiting inside. After waiting another 15mins my husband goes to the counter to ask if our order was ready since "lady love" had called out 28 and our number was 25. It had been on the counter. He paid and we left. After getting home we looked at our two paneer pizza which consisted of a total of 10 paneer pieces between both pizzas. A complete rip off! Doesnt even equate to one paneer piece per slice!

I wish I could give this place a negative review. I'll try to keep my story as short as necessary. At 9:20pm I ordered 3 pies for pick up. I notified them it would take me about 30 minutes to pick it up because I just leaving work. On my way I realized that because these folks are CASH ONLY, that I would have to stop at an ATM to get some cash. I then arrived at exactly 9:53pm. I parked in the front windows. They were cleaning up and turning their lights off. I made eye contact with 2 of the 3 people inside the building and watched them as they turned there backs to close up early and leave. I saw one guy take 3 pies with him to his car. I yelled out something to the affect of ”hey where is my food? Are you guys kidding me?” to which I was told ”i dunno. It wasn't my fault”

So basically because 3 people wanted to close up 7 minutes early and couldn't wait 3 minutes longer for me to pick up my food than I had originally stated, an employee of theirs took my food home for free and I had to go home after working all day with no food.

This place is beyond unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs. Go order at local places like Galore Pizza or Sal’s pizzeria. They are courteous and very very...
