Indians are specific to taste, if they want anything they will get that Being in US they earn well so they don’t think twice if they are getting something which can remind them of their homeland taste Since most of Indians are vegetarian Tag line “100% Pure Vegetarian” catches their eyes

Now I will tell my experience, I bought 2Lb cake on 14 Oct 2024 that cake was not only pathetic but the ruined everyone’s taste on that day, I didn’t get a chance to visit store so we complained on telephone they said they will get back to us. I visited on 30 Dec 2024 again for other cake and complained about it in person, One Sardar ji was attending me he said he will inform owner and they will get back to us. Then I visited this store again on 31 March 2025, we informed attendant again about all this incident, again same thing they said we have called our owner and told them about this complaint she will reach out to you and you know what happened again no call.

Most strange thing is that we never wanted refund or any credit or any free substitute however they never cared about listening the concern and apologising. Finally they gave me a hand written note on my bill which says store credit which we are not still asking for!

So what we learnt absolutely no professionalism. No customer satisfaction. The amount they charged is absurd against the service they give.

Go costco, sams club or any other branded place you will find good quality double the size of the cake in the less price what Atul Bakery offers and you will not regret of spending your hard earned money, like us.

Finally we got a chance to interact with the owner of the store Mr. Hardikh, he is a gem person. He not only explained what had happened in my case but also apologised, provided me the replacement cake as well as thanked me for leaving honest feedback which made them look into this matter.

I am really happy and grateful to meet a business owner like him. I am also happy to see that he had provided great power to his employees as well to resolve any such matter without any need of owners intervention, which shows his eagerness to grow the business and distribution power among the team. This is a great quality of a leader!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Atul Bakery, and I can't speak highly enough about the delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere instantly made me feel at home. The owners, with their genuine smiles and welcoming demeanor, added a personal touch that made my visit truly special.

Their Oreo Chocolate Cup was of a different league all together, all my kids wanted was a warm cup of milk to pour in the cup after they were done devouring the Oreo Mousse in less than a minute, hard to satisfy the picky eaters they are and I now know, where I need to take them for their fair share of delightful treats.

What stood out the most was not just the delectable treats but the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every customer felt valued. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for Atul Bakery.

When you are pure vegetarian and don't eggs then cake and food items are quite less. Who said that ?? Come to Atul Bakery -North Brunswick and you will get numerous options to select a cake and yummy hot food for you, be it fruite options or hot yummy vadda pav they have wide range of food and pastries. One of the best place is Atul Bakery- North Brunswick area . Have tried Royal Chocolate, Royal Casata , Nutty Rose and the fast food like vada pav, masala puff and pizza on suggestion of mrs Rinku and trust me they were all awesome !!! Cakes were soo soft and they dilever fresh baked cakes, and fresh food even the presentation makes you feel like eating it more and more.
