I love this store so much! I cannot walk out the door without buying something! The shelves are always stocked and they are always ready in advance with your holiday decor choices. Every time I walk in I feel like I see something new. The sales alternate each week so that means you’ll probably find your favorite items on sale at some point each month. Any crafting idea you have can be accomplished with the supplies at Hobby Lobby. There are gifts for all, greeting cards, furniture, nick-nacks for your home, wall hangings, science projects for kids, woodwork items, metal stamping supplies, leatherwork goodies, LOTS of stickers, storage solutions, themed decor for different rooms that match, baskets, yarn and string for crotchet or other artwork, glass pieces for gifting, artificial flowers GALORE, calendars and inspirational books, jewelry, among so many other items. On this visit I tried to only purchase items that were on sale and I saved $71.30! I was standing in a long line and another cashier came over to tell our line that she was available. My receipt says her name is Savannah P. She was very professional and courteous. She was helpful in letting me know which of my items I caught on sale, she bagged everything carefully so things would be protected, and she helped me put my bags in my cart. The staff at this Hobby Lobby is always friendly. I will always shop at this store when I have extra cash on hand because there is always something unique that catches my eye. Also, I would recommend this store to anyone looking for gifts to share or crafters looking to make their ideas come to life. I will definitely be returning! Thank you Hobby...
Read moreI witness an incident today were loss prevention .. I’m guessing was following a black young lady. I saw her walking around the store shopping minding her own business. She went to the register to pay for her things. He was standing so close to her, trying to look in her bag, she looked very uncomfortable. After paying for her things and she’s now outside he follows her and tells her that she was stealing she’s told him that she just paid for her things like what is he talking about but he proceeded on accusing her of stealing again no proof or anything and then started yelling like a little child “she’s stealing” “she’s stealing” loud in the parking lot. I just think that was very racial profiling every black person you see isn’t stealing I’m white and I just thought that was insane and racial profiling and unnecessary. After seeing that I don’t think I will be shopping at Hobby Lobby ever again. Her bag wasn’t even big enough to even put anything in it besides keys and a wallet! And when I was in the store shopping, I noticed a tall white woman with blonde curly hair and him. He had on a cap with black hair backwards, following every black person that they saw. they was even following a black old lady in a wheelchair. It’s just sad that America has came to this point. Like I said not every black person is stealing hell I’m white and I witnessed plenty white people stealing more than I’ve ever seen a Black person stealing but what took place today was very unnecessary and disgusting and I will be giving corporate a call as well! And never will I ever spend another one of my hard earn dollars in a...
Read moreI have never had such an uncomfortable experience in the store as I have had tonight. The young woman who was checking me out her name is Lumi. Was just rude. When it was my turn up to the cash register, I said hello she just looked at me. I asked her how her day was, she again just stopped and stared at me. She may be having a bad day. That’s fine. I understand. Everyone has bad days. However you are in customer service. And as a manager of a retail establishment who thrives on customer service. She leaves very much to be desired. She did not speak to me throughout my entire transaction, which you know some people do that. Fine that’s not a big deal. However when someone speak speaks to you, it is polite to acknowledge them in someway, other than just blindly staring at them. After she rang up my purchase. I said thank you. I hope you have a better day. And she just stared at me and rolled her eyes. As I was walking away, the woman behind me asked her a question and again, she just blankly, stared at her and shook her head no instead of speaking. Again, as a manager in retail who works with the Public every day. I know the managers probably aren’t going to say anything to her or do anything about this. Which is fine. I completely get it. However, they do need to be made aware that one of their associates May need some coaching in the customer...
