Once again I visited PC Corner with a broken office machine. Critical to our mission. I took the tower to them completely baffled. I wondered if it was a power or a hard drive issue. I arrived and Bassam helped me get the old lug out of my car. He directly went to work on it and isolated the source of my problem. He quickly replaced the power unit. Cleaned the machine. Secured a loose hard drive. He had it up and running inside of an hour. Included a new power cord, a monitor adapter and provided me with a plug and play back up for my office equipment.
