Sno DASH Frozen Treats — Restaurant in North Charleston

This used to be my favorite place. I would always get the cotton candy ice cream rolls. the staff was always very nice and they had good hygiene. I went back recently and it was just very gross and disappointing because the guy that worked there had very poor hygiene and so did the girl making the ice cream. She was talking to the guy as she was making my ice cream but she was directly talking onto my food which she was less than 2 ft away from. She was practically spitting all over it and I could hear the saliva in her voice as she was talking it was so disgusting. I just knew that I wasn't going to eat it. And then I called back later and the same guy answered the phone when I asked for the manager he gave the phone to the girl. I called back again. The same thing happened. The guy pretended to be the manager. Honestly hygiene is a huge deal to me. I would not eat a restaurant where the people that work there had looked gross and wore dirty clothing. Used to be my favorite place but I will not be back. Goodbye cotton candy ice...

My daughter's ordered 4 frozen treats, strawberry cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake, and Nutella and butter pecan. The butter pecan is a no for me. I was disappointed at the staff also. There is way too much playing around and not enough paying attention to the orders placed. My daughter asked for no whipped cream, and it was added anyway. When i called to let them know, the little girl thought she ate, by saying my children were being dishonest about their order. That's cap, all 3 off my girls were on deck and heard the call for no whipped cream! This staff lacked rizz and I'm feeling like they were the opps... lol Went by there 2 weeks ago, and it said they were open, yet it was a be back at 2 pm sign on the door. Who's running this establishment, children? Do better, please, cause on the real-no cap bruh y'all doing too much... stay blessed and change the receipt paper- yall see that big stripe running down the roll, that's an indication the tape it about to...

My recent visit to SnowDash in North Charleston was not a good one. They had the music so loud in the store that it was hard to place your order. I will admit that I did show up 1 hour before the business closed, but the customer service that was given to me by the owner was absolutely horrible. The first thing that upset me was when I made my order, the owner had three other employees in the store, with no other customers but my friend and I, and the supposed new owner made me repeat myself multiple times due to him acting like he did not want to be there. The second thing was when 4, in uniform, military personnel walked in, and he refused to serve them. I used to frequently come to this ice cream shop, but due to new ownership, I do not recommend anyone ever coming to support a business like this who doesn't respect our true nations' heroes....
