QUEST NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME ABOUT THIS INCIDENT. WE EVEN FILLED OUT A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SURVEY. NOTHING.
My husband and I both made appointments here for 11:20AM. I accidentally went to the Washington Ave location (3mins away). We both checked in on our phones as we walked up to the door, found it closed, realized the mistake and flew to Broadway. Upon arrival my husband told one of the girls what had happened, told her we just needed a quick urine screen for our doctor for medication we take. She quickly waved him back. I rechecked in and opted to wait (at 11:35 while my husband was in the back). Two minutes later he comes out. We keep on waiting....... at 8 mins to noon (they close at noon) another lady comes out and says we're not taking anyone else today. I was already checked in. Another man had already been there for 1 half hour waiting and they had no clients in the back... my husband spoke up and said, "we're here for the same exact thing, you just took me, can you please take her. It will take one minute and you are not even closed yet!" The other man in the waiting room became argumentative. She went in the back and checked with the other girl who did my husband's urine and pretty much said, "oh well, we are closed. We are done." I was shocked. I can understand not accepting any new clients after noon (their closing time), but how are you going to turn away people who are sitting in your waiting room already signed on and waiting!?!?!?!? This is unacceptable. She had a bad attitude and took her anger toward the other guy, out on me. She was wearing glasses and a head scarf around her head. My husband asked for the names of the employees refusing us service and she refused and walked back and slammed the door shut and wouldn't come talk to us anymore. This happened on Saturday August 3rd from 11:30-12:00. I would like someone from this company to reach out to me and tell him how this is acceptable!? Perhaps someone from this company can explain to my doctor why my screening won't be done in time for my next appointment 🤔. This whole thing was...

Can't actually book an appointment no matter what you try! Trying to call a real person for help usually just goes to voicemail that then says "sorry the person you are trying to call has not set up voicemail, good bye"! How ludicrous is that??!! Walk-ins are NOT an option unless you have the time to literally sit in a weird empty room all day long!! So tried calling some more, took an hour of trying before it finally connected and answered ..to a COMPLETELY AUTOMATED service with absolutely no option to get a real person. Read moreI only came to this location to drop off a lab sample. The tech that greeted me was very combative and made an uncomfortable situation feel humiliating. It was a brief, but terrible experience, and I’m unsure if my lab sample will even be usable because I cannot make another drop-off appointment for another location until after the 24-hour period. All I was able to get out of this tech was storage information that hopefully may work until then, but most of the time they spoke over me or at me, not to me. I will never return to...
