March 20th was free cone day. Yippy!!! Right? Unfortunately, my experience was dulled by an unhappy helper. I opted to purchase a cherry dipped cone at regular price (no problem) I expected to pay because all advertisements were clear about a free vanilla cone (which my 5yr old happily enjoyed). Well, my cherry dipped cone was only partially dipped with a very thin layer of cherry, so much so that the vanilla ice cream was already seeping through as the girl handed me my cone.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction about the sub par quality of the cone her response was "well once it's dipped, it's out of my hands" as to say I'd have to accept this ridiculous version of a Dairy Queen favorite they I've enjoyed since childhood and have never received in this poor condition. I asked for another one; she unhappily obliged disgustingly throwing the cone into the trash, rolling her eyes and attitudinally and sarcastically requesting another teammate to make another cone "well dipped". I was shocked by her blatant behavior and lack of regard for quality customer service, respect for herself or customers.
