Got my lashes done on Thursday. I paid for a full classic set, and I walked out with my lashes looking like it had been at least 2 weeks since my last set. The lash person said the room was warm and the glue wasn't sticking, and lashes kept falling put when she brushed them, which is not something I've encountered in the 5 years I've been getting lashes. The room wasn't warm to me, fyi.

I let her know before we started that I wanted a cat eye look with longer lashes on the outside, and shorter as we went in - told her my last lash girl did 12 inside to 14 on the outside. I don't think she understood me - there were several lashes on the outside of my eye that just weren't touched, and I'm already getting another studio to fill in all the empty spots. Classic sets are still a 1:1 ratio, typically with 80-90% of coverage. I didn't get that. At all. I would've liked transparency in what I could expect and whether a cat eye was possible rather than agreeing to proceed with a service that wasn't provided

Let me just say, I have never been this ecstatic about finding an amazing salon as I am about this one! This place is top tier!! I have always struggled finding the perfect place to get my eyebrows done, oftentimes finding it difficult to find someone to trust with the shaping of my brows. I have a graduation coming up so I needed to find a place asap, and I’m soooo glad that I stumbled across Sandy Dav Studios!! I had never heard of the salon before, but I was thrilled upon seeing that the salon had amazing reviews, and immediately booked. I was able to book via text message, which worked out great to book a service and an add-on. Upon arrival, the check in process was very easy and the place was very comfortable. I’m going to give a big shoutout to Hannah for being sooooo amazing!! She was very enthusiastic, charismatic and very precise with her work. She did a combo of waxing and threading (it was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded), and they came out so nice and beyond what I could have ever expected. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She made the whole experience worthwhile, literally. I will definitely 10000/10 come back again. Edit: Updating my review in light of recent interactions on Jan 19th. I received an underarm, tummy strip and Brazilian wax prior to a vacation. When I got home I noticed that while the underarm was perfect the tummy and Brazilian had left hair behind. I called and asked for only a partial refund for their mistake and was denied.

They offered to redo the next day but I was flying out 5:30 am next morning. I already had a mani pedi booked for that evening beside my job so that evening didn’t work either. I should have examined the work prior to leaving but I’ve never had to do that with a wax before (been waxing in general for awhile).

While Hannah is lovely person I’m very disappointed in the customer service and treatment by the owner after they have my money. Same owner has made uncomfortable comments before which is why I didn’t do all of my Brazilians there. It was only a partial refund. Will find another place with...
