Classic Blends Cigar & Coffee Lounge — Restaurant in North Kansas City

I visited for the first time and was really disappointed by the experience. I asked the person working, Guy, to make me something of his choice since I’m not familiar with coffee or the menu. Rather than being helpful, he seemed irritated and refused. I explained I didn’t understand the options on the board and just asked him to surprise me. He rolled his eyes and gave me a plain cup of drip coffee without any explanation or effort. He was also smoking a Black & Mild cigar while working, which came across as unprofessional.

On top of that, the price listed on the board was different from what I was charged. When I pointed it out and suggested updating it to avoid confusion, he just said he wasn’t the owner and brushed it off.

I’m open to giving this place another try, but only when someone else is working. My first visit felt flat and unwelcoming, and that’s not the kind of experience anyone should have when they’re trying a place for...

I was looking for a relaxing place to enjoy a cigar but didn't find it here. The decor, cigars, and coffee are all fine but the owner and employees are very rude. When I stepped in asking for service they glared at me. The whole time I was there they talked so loudly among themselves my table shook from across the room.
