I visited for the first time and was really disappointed by the experience. I asked the person working, Guy, to make me something of his choice since I’m not familiar with coffee or the menu. Rather than being helpful, he seemed irritated and refused. I explained I didn’t understand the options on the board and just asked him to surprise me. He rolled his eyes and gave me a plain cup of drip coffee without any explanation or effort. He was also smoking a Black & Mild cigar while working, which came across as unprofessional.
On top of that, the price listed on the board was different from what I was charged. When I pointed it out and suggested updating it to avoid confusion, he just said he wasn’t the owner and brushed it off.
