Ron I believe is a newer employee ( at least to our nkc community) and I've gone through his line at least once a week and of course always needing a helping hand trying to find something I need; This guy has been helpful everytime and one of the friendliest in the entire store out of the other gentlemen I've encounter in the past year or more. Truth be told the management could take a hospitality & work ethic class from him weekly. The younger gentlemen( manager) in the evening had the nerve to show his frustration and disregard for his elders with a line full of people because he had to help ( go figure having to do his job) and even stated to us it's his first week and forgive for the lack of training.... Hmmmm I wonder where the lack of training came from. Sorry for the rant that day just has stuck with me. Sounds like she wants customers to only use the newly ATM..so I went to the one on N.Oak which is their store as well and they (store) haven't a clue about that!! Her attitude was very unpleasant about me just simply asking about it(cash back )..I will not make that my nearest store to shop at.I'm literally in between the 2.. I'll solely choose N.Oak!!! I could almost understand if she would've said "because its almost closing time" the max is $20 so that she doesn't have to go to the back to get more money!!! Read moreI live close to the store, so I drove there on July 7th to do some grocery shopping for dinner. When I arrived, I could tell that the employee was eager to close up shop and head home. He used body language to convey that the store was already closed, avoiding eye contact and gesturing towards the door. Despite the advertised closing time of 9 PM, the employee rushed to lock up and shoo me away, making it clear that they were not willing to accommodate me.
