Where are the good deals, Dillard's? I thought ya'll liked us better than that...no really good markdowns that I could see. Getting to be same tune as all others. Too proud of what ya got to want it sold so going to keep on hanging onto that stuff like it's all your granny's most precious belongings. Combing thru retail stores is kinda obsolete when there is Amazon and Ebay only a click away and for best price there is to be had! That store in Pine Bluff is good when it has stock. (Still have the 300 pairs of wedding?...or prom?... party heels that are a 1992 vibrant fuschia? My guess is yes...every single pair...) Dillard's will just be another closed empty space at an empty mall like all the rest that had to give up. I always thought ya'll enjoyed riding the store of old stock so you can pay for the new. Looks like you will be spending more to staff the stores many more hours to try and hold onto that retail price tag sale...on last season's stock. I must be at TJ Max. Go there if you want to see what trying to bleed every cent out of a sale looks like...I thought Dillard's had a little bit more to give back to their customers than what the prices reflects. Your lack of markdowns and not so much about it good sales are just insulting to the customers you rely on. But I'm just the customer. And customers dont have any other choices. It's just Take it or leave it, push us out the stalls. But wait a second....we DO have more choices than ever before...just a few clicks away. Learn from Steinmart's mistakes...hang onto that old last season s**t. You may get that extra buck or two. But look how much harder an effort was spent to retain that mighty amount in the end. Ride that rusty razor blade down into the huge vat of alcohol. Yen ain't a thing without Yang to balance the load...good day. Thanks...
Read moreI enjoy going in to Dillards whenever the major Cosmetics and Skincare companies routinely put on a special cosmetics bag with samples and full sized products with a purchase. At Christmas they also have larger gift makeup in larger make-up cases-- not just purse size cosmetic bags. Lancome's sales associates are always great women! I met Kim this time, and we talked like we knew each other!! She was awesome! I usually check the Lauder's counter, Elizabeth Arden, and Clinique. I only stopped at the Clinique counter and spoke to 2 sweet associates there, but they didn't have the item I was looking for. They DO have some Michael Kors purses of various sizes, colors, and styles on sale now though!!! đ! Don't miss that one, ladies! Top of the lines skincare, clothing and accessories for even the most picky of gift-receivers can be found here with great, knowledgeable staff at...

And as I am writing this she is still on the phone with other customers I have been waiting since 6:19 pm..RIDICULOUS.POOR MANAGEMENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..NEED TO PRIORITIZE..AND SCHEDULE MORE EMPLOYEES TO HELP.
