Disappointing, found a couch set that we liked. Are sales person was Jason the account manager, he was friendly and knowledgeable but fell short regarding communication. We shared with him our timming needed on this couch and every week I called he said it was delayed. Hey, I get it. The problem I have is the poor communication and follow-up. Every week I called he said they would have it the next week until I called the next week and then he would say it was delayed another week. Honestly don't waist your time with this local small business, we went don't to furniture row in draper and found a better couch for about around the same price and will be delivered in 4 days.

My advice for any sales person is, identify your customer, identify what they need, identify why they need it, and identify how you as a salesperson can best help deliver on the customer experience. Jason fell short on this, if you can't deliver on some basic expectations, just let the customer know. I was mislead when in the show room and he said that he could have delivered in 7- 10 days, the next week I called he said that he didn't have the two sofas. Maybe since he is the account manager he has to much on his plate. A sales person is a hard job, Jason was friendly and knowledgeable but fell short of expectations on the close and simple communication. Trucks get delayed, but it would have been great if he reached out to me so I could make a change of plans instead of me having to call him every Friday at the end of the week to then tell me the delivery was delayed again from California.

Anyway if your looking for furniture, check out furniture row, more variety, better prices, better in-stock and more flexibility. (Furntiture row in salt lake is 5 or 6 large furniture stores all on the same road.

Firstly their selection is incredible, not only did they have everything I saw on their website out and on display but their is a courteous and professional individual ready to help you named Jason. When you go in do your best to find this man. Jason was able to put my mind at ease when it came to the big for me purchase I was planning on making. Customer service here has been regularly sub par, unfortunately. Husband has recently gone into the store multiple times to look at high end kitchen appliances for our new home. They keep sending him away completely indifferent- and actually rude. We have purchased an entire living room setup in the past, the coffee table came damaged & we called to get it addressed but were told we’d have to bring it to the store which is over an hour from our house but within their delivery range (we paid to have it delivered).
