The elderly ladies that work there all excessively made up trying to look younger I'm fine with however when they look at you like you can't afford anything I do not appreciate at all! Because I'm a tourist and dressed lightweight and comfortably with flip flops, skort, tank top and a fanny pack I wasn't greated and 3 staff members walked passed me as I was looking around and they just gave me a dirty look. If I had my louis vuitton and dress clothes like everyone else I would've been greated. I have more money thrn those crotchety elderly ladies have and I sure do NOT treat people any different just by there looks. I walked in to purchase a top from the window but staff like that and a company that supports people like that I'm not supporting and I'll make sure the treatment is well known. Way to go..be proud of yourselves while trying to look younger yet only making yourselves...

Tara Grinna Swimwear is a wonderful store located in barefoot landing. The quality of swimwear is excellent, and the staff were knowledgeable and kind. I went in to purchase a gift card for Mother’s Day - and here is where my complaint lies. Upon purchase they wanted a phone number to associate with the sale. After assuring me three times that my wife wouldn’t be notified, she received a text the next morning informing her of the amount and purchase of the card. Needless to say the surprise gift for Mother’s Day is not really much of a surprise anymore. I guess I would just like to let any other spouses know so they don’t make the same mistake as me. For the record she was thrilled to receive the cards, and it is a really nice store - just disappointed to dull...

I bought 3 swimsuit. Out of the 3 one faded after only wearing 2 times and within 3 months of buying. They refused to issue me a credit. I was told it was my fault I should not have worn in a pool. The other two suit were worn in the same pool and they didn’t fade. They are very pricey and DO NOT stand behind their product. Yet they advertise high quality. It’s a swim suit should hold up at the beach or pool that is what it is made for. I spoke with Kristi who is the retail director I told her I would be giving a negative review.
