This is a response to Google Review 33294 made by Kayla Cashdollar on 08/22/2025. PART 1 I’m going to dissect what led to this review, I’m not going to mention the names of the individuals in this review, they will recognize themselves. There is group of moms that come to the drops to get pokemon cards, the usually come by themselves and wait in line properly like everyone else. The moms were making comments that they will start bringing their kids so they can get more products because of the limits. Manny is usually there on the drop days and there were never any kind of issues whatsoever, Manny is always on top of things. Now, on 07/18/2025 Mom1 and her kid were the first in line, there were 2 more guys in front of me and another person behind me (so 6 spots), Mom2 was coming from another location/store and she didn’t go to spot 7, she grabbed her chair and went to position 1 (we said nothing about it because usually people hangout with their friends and when the store opens they go back to their spots in line), 1 of the guys that came later went to say hi to them and 1 of them said and i quote “We run this shit now”, which I taught was a joke, they also offered him a spot at the front of the line. Around a bit more than an hour before opening, the husband of Mom2 shows up with a sleepy child and delivers it to the mom at the front, while there were 13-14 people in line. 10 minutes before the store opened the father of mom2 shows up and he goes to the front to be with the daughter while there were 25 people in line, the people that were close heard the daughter plotting to have the dad stay near her when she is buying so she can get more product, this spread down the line quickly and a lot of people in line were agitated. When the store opened, she went to the first register with her father child. A lot of people mentioned the shameless cutting in line to management, but nobody cared (which was a huge mistake, I’m sure if Manny was there, it would have been dealt with immediately), which caused even more tension. When the father was asked by the people in line if he’s buying because there was a line, he went from 0-100 quickly stating that he is here with his daughter and he wasn’t going to buy anything, but now he is, which caused yelling, profanities being thrown and a potential physical escalation (I wouldn’t have participated, but I can only speak for myself). The moms got an extremely bad reputation that day, they also broke best buys policy that the product is sold on a first come first serve basis. Now going to 08/22/2025, the date of the BB/WF release, Mom1 and Mom2 were there with the kids, there was another person there and me (spots 5 and 6), Mom3 shows up and goes next to Mom1 and Mom2 (cutting the line again). Kayla, your statement about looping in line is a shameless lie, you moms were the first ones to loop and you loop every time, the only thing Manny said is 1 transaction, so you couldn’t get 4 sets of product, you only got 3, you moms got the most product out of anyone there that day, you moms got the most product on the 07/18/2025 drop out of anyone that day. I visited my local Best Buy looking for a simple Micro USB cord, a product still widely used for many devices. When I pointed this out, the cashier checked the app instead of addressing the clear pricing mistake. I showed another employee who I think was the manager and they offered no apology or explanation and showed zero interest in fixing the issue. I was left standing there wondering why they wouldn’t honor their own shelf tag. Adding to the frustration, not a single employee asked if I needed help during my entire visit, and the mobile department didn’t even have anyone working. This kind of experience is why people choose Amazon—it’s not just about convenience, but about avoiding unnecessary hassle and feeling ignored in the process.

My point is it’s o open box nothing wrong and I want the factory one.i was told by him he could open another box and give me that remote but doesn’t want to.( nice to have choices hu ? ) My issues don’t mark open boxes excellent if it’s missing parts, save customers time and do your job ( answer the phone ) & you don’t have to agree with me but by no means don’t try to be a smart@## to a customer After this event we decided to just return everything and go somewhere else.

My experience with my geek squad appliance exchange has been absolutely awful... 11/18/20 first geek tech comes to “fix” my washer, doesn’t work.. 11/22/2020 another tech comes out, doesn’t work. Dec 1st get word that they are just going to replace it... okay... could’ve told me that on the 22nd it has now been 13 days with a working washer... I call the local north Olmsted location on 12/2 to this day not one person has ever answered my call to that store, I go and order in person no big deal have an appointment set up for 12/8 7am-1pm... appointment day comes and get an email around 230 a receipt of my appointment which was confusing cause nothing had been delivered.... not only did I have my husband stay home ALLL DAY WAITING but when I watched the video camera (since I received 0 calls from the driver) the drive was on my street less that 1 min backed into my driveway and left... seriously I recorded the video... furious as I’m continually on hold for 30+ mins each time with customer service trying to figure out why my stuff hasn’t arrived I get told the driver claimed my driveway was bad?!? There were 2 cars in my driveway and both owners could’ve moved them at anytime, when customer service saw the photos they were confused as to why this happened... then getting told that there is nothing to be done and next appointment is in 2 days?!!!!! You have to be kidding me, for their mistake I have to arrange my schedule again.. furious I call the Best Buy I ordered from of course no answer... so I go in person furious.. they schedule for Friday and speak to an escalation team... couple days later I receive an email it’s been changed to Saturday 12/12. 12/12 comes and my window is 12-6pm... it starts to be about 430 I call customer service just to get an update on hold for 20 mins again ask customer service agent to confirm with dispatch that my driver will be coming since my trust with this process has been shattered, he proceeds to get frustrated with me and HANGS UP ON ME!! (I reported it), great this has been an amazing experience. I get an email at 5:55pm because of my luck with Best Buy they are finally in their way... All of my appliances, TVS, etc have been purchased with Best Buy... I will never purchase another product from this company ever... It amazes me the lack of customer service, the lack of sense of urgency, and the lack of respecting people’s time... how do you let all this happen?!? How did I go almost a FULL month without a washer? The customer service issues? The store not answering? Your terrible delivery and...

I would have gave Best Buy zero stars but that's not an option, so I gave them 1 by default. If you have any respect for yourself as a customer and as a human being, you will not give this company your service. I would never ever want any of my family or friends to spend their hard-earned money here. A couple months ago I bought a TV and a linksys home wifi system. I asked to have my TV delivered to my apt I was moving to. On move in day, I noticed a best buy delivery guy was carrying my TV away from the building, so I stopped him. The delivery guy stated "We waited for 10 minutes by your door and no one was home." I replied, "Well I'm here now so please leave it by the door." I'll add that I received a notification that my delivery was going to be LATE anyway. Thinking the delivery guy would drop my TV off without question, I continued loading boxes into my apt. I came to the parking lot to see that they had driven away. I called the delivery guy to ask why he had driven away. He was extremely rude, raised his voice to me, and said that they're too busy with other deliveries, and then HUNG UP ON ME. I have never in my life received such poor customer service and I am absolutely disgusted by Best Buy. About 3 weeks after move-in, I had my cable and internet installed and was told that I didn't need the wifi home system that i purchased from best buy. The best buy salesman knew my living situation and ensured that I would be able to use this wifi system. So I called best buy to inquire if I could get my money back. Best Buy reassured me that I'd get my money back no problem. The next day I drove to them to return it. There I was told that there is a 14 day return policy, and after that point you could only get store credit for returns. I had never been informed about that policy until that moment in time. I wasn't informed of this policy when I purchased the item or when I called and asked if I could get my money back and was told that I could, only to find that I could only receive store credit. I will never EVER shop at best buy again and I hope that you all will choose to spend your hard-earned money at a company that cares about people and...
