I went in ordered food everything was fine went home my sandwich wasn't what I ordered, I ordered a bacon turkey club with avocados and chipotle once I got home I opened a sandwich with no double turkey no bacon no avocado no sauce so I took it back to the store I realised there was new employees so I didn't complain to much..... Until my second sandwich came I opened it and there was nothing but avocados and turkey now idk about you but a bacon turkey club should have bacon lettuce tomato and cheese my first sandwich had tomatoes lettuce so why didn't the second one so in my eyes someone should be helping the new employees to make sure things don't mess up I had to drive all the way from my house back to Panera so I asked an employee do u know how to make a sandwich now after this I was gonna ask him what's the complications with the order so I could help fix it but then a Karen had to not mind her own business and get me upset she said don't talk to them like that now a line cook or any cook should be able to take criticism it's part of the job and I was trying to teach that I work in the same buisness so I know it's how I learn so I had a quick fight with Karen left to get a handle on my self and came back in and apologized didn't get my sandwich if the Karen didn't talk to me it woulda been solved peacefully I still wanted to be firm but also wanted to help but I didn't get to the help part sad this place is always hiring and can never get there food right this has happened to me before not just this time usually only cheese or 1 topping is missing but this time was the whole sandwich missing I gave them a 2nd chance but 3rd chances are to much it ain't my fault you can't read the screen that pops up or can't remember the last order you did litteraly 10 mins ago I'm not usually rude except to cooks because the only way to improve is through being criticized it's how I was taught when I went to...
Read moreThis hands down has the be the worst Panera of them all. My office is near here, so I go here for lunch a couple times a month. About 1/3rd of the time they get the order wrong - and it's often not something small. Last month I got a Green Goddess Cobb Salad With Chicken, and got back to my office only to realize they had left off the chicken. Had to drive back and get it added. I now check my order before leaving every time. Today I ordered a sandwich with no mayonnaise. Guess what was still on the sandwich? If you guessed mayo you are 100% right. I pointed it out and asked to have it re-made. I stood there and watched the person making sandwiches take two new pieces of bread and proceed to move the contents off of the first sandwich and onto the second one, which included a lot of the mayo that was on the original sandwich. They gave it to me, I opened it and noted there was still mayo on the sandwich and asked them to do it again. This time they actually remade the sandwich without any mayo, but left off the bacon. So I asked them to just give me the bacon and I would fix it myself. And these requests seemed to create mass confusion for the sandwich board, with all three people working having to stop what they were doing and consult about what to do. All this while the cashier let a line build up of almost 10 people while she made one specialty coffee drink. My office now orders our Panera catering from a store further away as we've given up on this one because we had so many problems with them. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to the next Panera, or just pick something else. You can avoid the headaches, and the dirty dining room and bathrooms...
Read moreThis location is very bad with allergies. I ordered a Caesar salad on the app and selected the prompts indicating that I have a peanut and tree nut allergy. I know that they cannot guarantee anything but selecting my allergy that means they should change their gloves and use extra precaution when making the order. After I picked up my order and ate half the salad, I noticed that there were almonds sprinkled throughout my salad, along with many different ingredients that weren't nuts yet still don't belong in a Caesar salad. I alerted the staff after all was said and done in regards to my allergic reaction and they told me they can't do anything about it because they don't guarantee the food to free from cross contamination, but that next time I put in my allergy I should request the manager make it. Totally understand they can't make any guarantees, but why have an allergy section at all on the app. It's not even a notes section it is a full section dedicated solely to allergies. Also maybe all allergy request should be sent directly to the manager then. I get mistakes happen but I am anaphylactic for nuts so that mistake could have cost me my life. The staff also was not apologetic when I informed them of the mistake, very kindly I might add. I was not trying to blame or yell or anything at all but alert them of the situation and they kept saying that they just can't guarantee anything and offered me my next meal free (a meal I will not be eating here as I no longer trust this location). Never had this problem at any other location and I eat at...
