Burlington — Local services in North Olmsted

Terrible customer service, They left ink tags on my clothes. I called spoke to a manager, she said bring it in and they would take care of it. I told manager I don't have receipt she said no problem she would be able to trace the transaction. So i get in there that manager is not available and they say they can do nothing for me. They are rude, they treated me as if I stole the items that I paid for. I will never shop here again, they do not treat their customers well. They even tried to intimidate me by calling security over while I explained I had already spoken to the other manager on the phone, who said they would take care of it, She even said she was going to give me a 20% off managers coupon towards my next purchase. I even called into customer service who made a case # as well, while also saying to just return to the store they would take care of it no problem. Then when I come in... they treat me like I stole the item. They don't deserve the customers, and honestly there are better stores around.

That manager Natashia was rude and inconsiderate, I will not be shopping at any Burlington again. I politely asked her to call corporate customer service where they had told me to come into the store as well, she wouldn't even check. That! is terrible customer service, it was their mistake to begin with. And this manager wouldn't even make the call in to see that I had spoken to 2 different people and there was a record...

First of all we were new to this store and as my daughter , grandson , and myself entered and started looking for a outfit for my grandson we noticed a man with a red turbine pretending to look for something while we were looking off the back we knew the situation I worked in asset protection before , the next situation was that we had no idea that the dressing rooms closed at a certain time no notice was posted until a very RUDE CAUCASIAN WOMAN WITH A SHORT HAIRCUT CAME OVER AND SAID VERY THE FITTING ROOM IS CLOSED IT CLOSED AT WHATEVER TIME SHE SAID BUT YET SAID GO AHEAD. WAIT DID I MENTION WE ARE A AFRICAN AMERICAN FAMILY. THE ASSOCIATE OR WHATEVER POSITION SHE HOLD IN THE STORE STAYED BY THE DRESSING ROOM PRETENDING TO DO WORK OVER THERE WHEN SHE WAS CLEARLY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE BEFORE SHE FLEW OVER WHERE WE WERE. WE FELT VIOLATED AS AFRICAN AMERICANS AND FELT LIKE THEY THOUGHT THEY HAD TO WATCH US. WELL SORRY TO SAY BUT THERE WAS NOTHING IN THAT STORE THAT WE WOULD EVER WANT. NOT ONLY WAS THE PEOPLE WERE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL BUT THE STORE WAS A MESS LIKE MOST BURLINGTON STORES ARE. I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO ADD MY DAUGHTER AND I WORK FOR A LIVING AND CAN PAY FOR ANYTHING WE WANT AND THAT NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE STEAL. THIS IS...

New pair of shoes maybe your thing Bras and underwear, boxers or no under garment if you dare! That's up to you, I don't care and I won't stare Maybe new cups, plates or silverware They have packaged food as well And the prices make you fall under their spell They are not too expensive for the finer things this world has to offer Maybe find something for your spouse golfer Nice socks, crazy cool socks and slippers too A wide range of cologne and perfume to help you through Again, the prices are lower than you expect So Your wallet won't feel the defect The store is always clean and the staff always so helpful with a glowing smile You can find yourself taking quite a while So if you leave someone outside to wait You Better tell them you're...
