Our family lives in Medina County so we decided to stop there before we headed back home. Me and my family was verbally disrespected and cussed us out in the store with other customers shopping. My family were accused of not paying the sin tax on our purchases we bought. Stopped in for the first time looking for a bourbon I couldn't find anywhere else. They not only had it, but an amazing selection of all spirits. Even the bitters offered were the biggest variety I've seen offered anywhere. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We were even chatting with the cashier about our love for her hometown of Savanah and the food as we were checking out. Just a very good experience all around. We drove half an hour to shop there and grab lunch at Cilantro Taqueria, and it made for a great afternoon. My wife and I both agreed that whenever we're looking for new liquors to try, or something hard to find, Cap & Corks will be our go-to. ...

I like supporting mom and pop shops so I came here. But they add an additional 2.5% "checkout fee" whatever that is, on top of your taxes.

If they're charging that for using a debit/credit card, they need a new processor. I owned a biz that dealt with debit/credit cards and I know the fees per transaction aren't that high. Someone is making money when you use your card.
