Back Draft Bar and Grill — Restaurant in North Olmsted

I have used Uber eats before and enjoyed the food. However, today I used the online order feature and pick it up. I walked in and no one even knew where I picked up and online order or that they had one. I was a little early, and the food wasn’t ready which was fine. But there was no place to wait for your order. The chef told me a sob story that he was up all day and the only one there, which I get, but I have also been up early and teaching all day. I just wanted dinner for my family. I went in when the order pickup window was and it wasn’t even fully ready. Got the food home and he left out an order of fried pickles. The wing sauce on my wings was incorrect and they weren’t extra crispy like I asked for. Overall, this was not a good experience. If you have online ordering as an option, be organized and prepared! I also tried calling several times I say they forgot my pickles and I would drive up again and pick them up, but no one answers the phone and the mailbox was full. I spent over $60 and I expect better food...

I had their chili it was so good I purchased one to go, I want to try their burgers they look great, they have $3.00 off of the burgers on Mondays !! The bar tenders are great as well , always smiling & outgoing!! They have pool tables & dart boards, which are great! The only bad thing I would comment on is late at night, (if you don't like rap I wouldn't go there, but there are people that do ), your choice, I see a lot of the younger generation up there, having a great time, and that is all that matters. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant/bar. My burger was amazing and it was exactly what I needed being from out of town by myself visiting my grandmother and being super tired of hotel food. Everybody in there was as nice as pie, especially Cassie but also the friendly customers. The music was good, the drinks were good and it was a really nice dive vibe. I really wish that I had been able to go back, but I needed to tend to my grandmother, then fly home.
