I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday. Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation. I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint. I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese). It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. I would definitely eat here again.

Store #1086 is where my husband and I went for dinner. We’ve never been to a Mr. Hero’s and a good friend told us to try it. We got the Buttered Cheesesteak Sub with Mushrooms and Onions. Not only was the lady taking our order such a sweet kind woman but the cook in back also makes a bussin’ sub! I would ten out of ten recommend to everyone and anyone. We’re going back tomorrow for sure!

I really like this Mr hero's location.... Their place is always so clean and spotless... And yes... even in the bathrooms. And I am a stickler about bathrooms, but with theirs I was thoroughly impressed. Their food is fresh and taste great... Ive eating at most of the Mr. Hero's locations in Northeast Ohio but when it comes down to overall quality cleanliness condition and service these guys have the formula down. They always treat you with a great big smile... and really good service. Hands down this location is my favorite. The Mr Heros on Kamm's Corner. I gotta...

I've been going here for many years, seen a couple different owners even. And this place has ALWAYS been consistent, order correct every time, friendly workers, and Always SUPER delicious food!

NOT consistent, nor correct orders, anymore. Careful ordering delivery, you order extra stuff you will Not get, AND you can order things like LARGE fry and receive a SMALL, same thing with the Expensive cheese sauce. Not to mention corporate giving you a Special coupon that NO mr hero will honor....
